It's great to get a different perspective on a town. This cruise takes you out to see famous lighthouses and abandoned islands. The commentary is informed and entertaining. I did a helicopter tour and this cruise as well as walking all over, so I feel that I know the lovely town of Portsmouth pretty well for only having stayed 3... More

I enjoyed our Portsmouth Harbor Cruise very much. My boyfriend and I just moved to the area, so it was the perfect opportunity to see some sights around the harbor. We took the sunset cruise, which was lovely. They don't cram a million people onto one boat, so you have walking around room, which was nice. You can enjoy a... More

The Portsmouth Harbor Cruise is a great introduction to the city and some of its most interesting sites. They include old forts, some of which date back to Revolutionary times; the old Portsmouth Naval Jail; old historic houses and beautiful lighthouses. The cruise is reasonably priced, goes on for a reasonable amount of time, and is narrated by the ship's... More

The stars and tides aligned for a great sunset cruise out the Piscataqua River. We've cruised this river several times over the last 10 years and last night was exceptionally pleasant. The PHC folks did a good job, provided a good venue with their boat and bar, and took us up the river giving us the story along the way.... More

We took the Harbor Cruise at 10am on a Friday morning. Reservations can be made online but I called the day before because I was using the NH Breathe Pass for the kids. The woman I spoke to was friendly and helpful and even remembered me when we arrived the next morning. Everyone we met from the office staff to... More

Took our 3yr old grandson for a boat trip round the harbour, and it was well worth the money. It cost £7 each (adults) child free. The trip lasted approx 45-50 mins and we had a running commentary throughout. We saw all the warships in dock as well as HMS Victory and HMS Warrior. The commentary told all about the... More

Took the almost three hour tour of the Isles of Shoals. Informative and relaxing. Great to be out on the water learning about these interesting islands and their history. We recommend!

Took the 75 min tour for $18 Sun. morning and had a nice time. Some interesting facts to be learned during the ride and always nice to be on a boat in the sunny weather. People seemed to enjoy the bloody mary's which was a surprising item to have on hand. Def. worth it on a warm day.

The best thing about the Harbour tour cruise was the very informative historical narration. I had no idea there was so much history attached to Portsmouth. The boat is modest size but is fine with an outdoor bench seat & great views. I loved the narration. I recommend the tour for history buffs. we did the 3pm tour its 90... More

Nice boat, good narration of area. We went with another couple & enjoyed seeing all the sites. The location of the dock is right downtown.
