Opening day, $5.00 ( this was a one time SPECIAL price ) per ticket and just me and the wife on board. What can I say but a great time. We took a tour down and out of Portsmouth harbor and returned thru Little Harbor basically a tour around Newcastle Island. I would say, during the regular season at regular... More

The harbor tour was very interesting and well worth the money! The Captain was very informative and delivered the information in a way that was compelling and enthusiastic. You can get a cocktail or a snack on board, too!

We visited Portsmouth, NH as part of a road trip of the MA, NH and ME states. We are from Portsmouth (Pompey) in the UK so visiting Portsmouth, NH was a real novelty for us. We stumbled on Portsmouth Harbor Cruises whilst walking around the town and got on one of the last tours of the season. The 1.5 hour... More

On the harbor cruise the captain will point out approximately 300 points of interest of which 290 can be observed from the left hand side of the boat. The other 10 from the right hand side. The left hand side received a $40 dollar tour, we on the right side an $8 dollar tour. I assume the actual price of... More

Well worth the time. 1.25 hr boat ride was worth the time for the sights without taking up your whole day.Full bar on board but leaves plenty of time for drinks on land.

Loved this tour! Boat was clean, rather quiet, and just the right amount of time. Loved the narrated tour - not too much, just right information. Loved the Bogart story. You get to see 4 or 5 forts, 2 lighthouses, and a billion lobster traps. (ok maybe hundreds...) Great fun.

We looked up Portsmouth Harbor Cruises online and purchased our tickets. There is no parking at the dock and they recommend you park in the garage downtown. We did and it was a short walk from there to the docks. The boat is nothing special. You can sit inside on cushioned benches or outside on the narrow bench that surrounds the... More

We went on the Isle of Shoals Tour - 2.5 hours very well narrated by the boat captain. He gave lots of very interesting information (I'm sure he's done it many times!) with a dash of humor throughout the narration. Call ahead for reservations as this does get sold out sometimes. Small bar on board with drinks and snacks. Don't... More

We do an annual (sometimes more) Portsmouth outside dinner followed by a harbor cruise on the Heritage. We've found to always be enjoyable and relaxing.
