My wife and I have always loved attending the theatre at the Rep. Yesterday's performance - "What we do for love" - was very good, if (big "if") you're into British humor. It started slowly, but picked up after a couple of scenes. Good acting. And, of course, the Rep is always fun and intimate. More

Left "The things we do for love:" at intermission. Uncomfortable seating, boring play, overacting, overpriced!! Paid more for these tickets than last week seeing Les Miserables in London!! More

Not too many bad seats in this venue, and the prices are pretty reasonable. Great talent, and a wonderful way to spend an evening. More

We now have seasons tickets because their productions are so good. The theater is very small, very small so small audio is not required. You feel like you are part of the production and is very entertaining. Scenery is minimalist go say the least so hour imagination has full reign. A superb diversion! More

If you can catch a performance, you'll be impressed. I love the cozy stage and seating arrangement. A real treat for a lovely coastal town of Portsmouth. Cast is very talented! More

I wanted to review this theater. It is a place I have been bringing my daughter since she was about ten. I happened to be in the city with her and we just got tickets to see Fiddler on the Roof. I didn't know how on earth they could do this play in such a tiny theater but the tickets... More
