Always enjoy times here. Kids can just run and play and let out all that pent up energy. Always a great family place to go to.
Was there for the "Snowflake Festival" was very nice. Trees are decorated in lights and snowflakes. some of the shops around the park had free hot chocolate and cookies.
We visited Schouler Park as recently as last night, as it was the location for a candlelight/flashlight ceremony for a young person who has been missing for more than 2 weeks. When our 2 youngest grandchildren were visiting two weeks ago, Schouler Park was our destination for the children to use the large playground adjacent to the park. The Conway... More
we visited here when we were waiting to take our train ride. It is a great location, if you want to spend an afternoon relaxing with kids it would be great. There is a playground near by, its in front of the Conway scenic railroad so you can see the and across from some local shops. It was a nice... More
I just love this Park in North Conway. My husband and I have visited it several times, and there is always something interesting going on. In September 2013 there were three days of mud football. This is an annual event in North Conway that raises money for charity. What a hoot! There was a float parade through town that ended... More
Nothing really exciting here - it's just a pleasant place to unwind and relax on a lazy day (there's a Ben and Jerry's nearby). There is a small sprinkler park for kids (in winter it's an ice rink). Sometimes there are art fairs or sidewalk sales in summer. Mostly it's just a place to sit on the grass and unwind... More
Nice place to relax and run around - Breaks up a day shopping and eating in North Conway center. Bring a football or frisbee or wiffle ball - Plenty of room for everything and everyone. Great views all-around. Plenty of parking. Lots of food places nearby. Try the Met and Frontside Grind for coffee. Ben & Jerry's and Spoons for... More
We sat in this park on July 4th. Everyone was dressed in red white and blue. It was truly New England. People are friendly and eager to talk to you. The backdrop of the mountains behind the Conway Station are beautiful,
tons of equiptment to keep the little ones going, plus they also have craft events and such, i even heard you can ice skate there in the winter!
I have brought my grandson here & also participate on craft shows held here as well. I always meet great people there.
