Ride along as we have some fun taking an evening 3 1/2+ hour MOOSE Tour. To begin an informative movie about New Hampshire Moose is shown. Most find it to be excellent. Some nights an actual Moose is seen while the movie is being played. That makes for a good night for all and takes the pressure off the driver early ! There's a bathroom stop where refreshments are available then the tour continues. Between Moose "hot spots" a slideshow of Moose photos with some fun Moose tunes is played. We are able to see and view Moose after dark because our Moose bus is allowed to use floodlights and spot lights to seek and see Moose at night. It's attempted to have this adventure enjoyable to MOOSE seekers of all ages, children and adults. Most will agree it is. Everyone is invited to disembark the bus when possible. Historically a success rate of over 96% is found May thru August with an average of 5+ Moose seen. Some tours see even more Moose and it's always great to hit double digits ! Fewer Moose tend to be seen in September and October, yet those months also can provide sightings of Bull Moose with full grown antlers - which is exciting ! Please understand Moose are wild animals and are unpredictable and that makes every tour different. It's attempted for all aboard to have a safe, fun and enjoyable experience... and return saying "we saw Moose !" So make plans to have this evening Moose tour be part of your North Conway White Mountains vacation experience and enjoy a night of Moose entertainment ! « less

On July 18th, 2014 we went on our first moose safari. It was truly an experience we will never forget. You can tell that the tour guide was much more than a guide. He had a love for these beautiful animals and much knowledge. He actually picked us up right in front of our motel and we were off. It... More

On July 17th,2014, I went on a moose safari with 7 other family members. Elwin, the owner and driver picked us up with a few other passengers at the Conway Scenic Railroad station. There were 24 folks in all on the tour looking to have a great time and find some moose on the way. The group was great and... More

This was well worth the price and great for couples with or without kids. We saw 4 moose and 2 bears due to the local knowlege and effort put forth by Elwin (the driver and owner) . He went above and beyond to accommodate all customers and see some moose. He drove about 160 miles and even was looking for... More

This was a great tour - we had a smaller bus than some of the other tours. We saw 5 moose including a mother and its baby. The driver was entertaining and knowledgeable. The break spot was a nice store with great fudge. We learned a lot and were able to spot some more moose throughout our trip.

Had a wonderful time on this tour. Be advised, however, this is not the kind of Safari where you are lying in wait in a canoe in the middle of nowhere. This is a bus tour. You will remain on main roads the entire time and will travel these roads more than once. The owner knows prime spots for moose... More

Got to agree with the other reviews which give this tour a high rating. No promises of seeing moose is told before departure but all aboard our tour enjoyed watching a moose and her baby for over a half an hour ! They were only 30 feet from the bus. Saw other moose too. Driver, Elwin, knows where to look... More

Went on this adventure Sunday night of 4th of July weekend. I guess we picked a good night to go because we saw a mother moose and her baby to start, the bus followed along as they walked. After a bathroom break we saw 3 more moose, and the night ended with a moose only about 20 feet away and... More

We took this tour on July 2nd, 2014. Had never done anything like this before, and had a good time. Would definitely do it again. There were movies, children's songs, a stop at the Trading Post, and lots of information. Saw a big bull moose at a distance before the pit stop and several more sightings of females, at least...
