What an amazing adventure with our Guide Todd! The sleds were awesome, the scenery was breathtaking. Todd took the time to show us the sights including bear claw marks in the trees and scenes views, including a rare owl sighting!! A truly memorable day for our family. Thank you Northern Extremes!

First time on a snowmobile. First time in the white mountains. With tour guide Ken it was no problem. He multi-tasked the snowmobile riding with the white mountain tour seemlessly. He was very supportive lol even when I embarrassed myself. Not to mention he was really kind to both me and my girlfriend. It was funny watching him juggle everyone's... More

Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location right on the snowmobile trails. The sleds were up to date but obviously had a lot of miles on them. Just what you'd expect from rentals.

My husband and I took the two hour guided tour today from Bretton woods and it was excellent! The other people did not show so we ended up with a private tour. Bear was friendly and knowledgeable bringing us to some great vistas. Would definitely do it again.

My family and I just took a 2 hour guided tour and it was fantastic! Our guide Ken was great. He made sure that everyone was comfortable and that we understood how to operate the sleds. He was extremely knowledgeable and showed us some real hidden gems. Ken was funny, professional, and personable. He made sure that everyone had fun... More

We took a two hour tour with Beech and it was wonderful. He made us feel very secure on the sleds and provided some really good tour information and scenic look out spots. I will be back

John our tour guide was wonderful. Kids loved hot chocolate and snacks he gave us also. We had a fun time but unaware when booking online that we were getting a tour guide. Back in February we did self guided 2hour snowmobiles and enjoyed that as well.

Northern Extremes accommodated a large group of us as we rented kayaks ($25) for a paddle down the Saco River. The guide drove us to a drop off location. He told us to expect shallow water and suggested we steer either to the right or left in certain locations, but we still got stranded and hung up on the rocks.... More

Arranging our canoe rental was very easy, website was simple to use and we got prompt response to our email enquiries. The store was easy to find, pleanty of parking, a quick ride in their van and we were at a private beach getting in the water! You might be in the white mountains, but this isn't a fast paced... We have used Northern Extremes for the last four years to kayak down the Saco. They run a good outfit for families and efficiently work to shuttle your group to and from the river. You can start as early as 9 am and end as late as 5:30 pm. There are great places to stop along the way on both... More
