We went on a Thursday and there was no one around. Very peaceful, quiet and majestic. Great photo opportunities as very imposing view from the ground looking up.

Close to North Conway, this is definitely worth a visit. Access is very easy as you drive up the winding Cathedral Ledge Road and park at the end loop - parking is limited so you may have to park a bit further down the road. However, as the Ledge is close by, the walk from the car is short and... More

The walk was hard and many drover their cars up there to a very small area. Go there when there are less crowds. But the view..

If you’re in town I would definitely recommend taking the short drive to the top. Just a short walk from the parking lot offers some amazing views of the area.

This is a must if you are in the N. Conway area! If you don't want to hike or climb the rock face then you can just drive up to the top. The view of the valley is well worth your time.

Don't miss this area of the White Mountains. The view is spectacular - walk out on the rocks and you won't want to leave

The walk to the ledge from parking was fairly easy and there are two spectacular overlooks. You can see Echo lake and the villages off in the distance. These were the most wonderful views of our trip on a clear fall day. There is a sheer cliff right next to the popular overlook and people rock climbing.

Decided to stop in Echo Lake park and walk the trail up to Cathedral Ledge. Very easy to follow the yellow markers through the woods but quite a steady climb and a bit of a scramble in several parts. A very good feeling when you reach the top and admire the fabulous view and the beautiful colours in Fall.

Acting on another tip from a local, we drove to Cathedral Ledge. There is easy access from the parking lot, as the ledge is a short walk. The panoramic views are breathtaking.
