It's an easy drive to this scenic spot, and if you are lucky you will meet some rock climbers coming up the face of the ledges

Its a beautiful drive to the top of the mountain. But once on top, there is nothing breathtaking to view. Hikes are relatively easier than other mountains. Spend time here only if at leisure or else this can easily be skipped.

A visit to Cathedral Ledge is a "must see" for anyone that wants to take in the beauty of New Hampshire. It's just off West Side Road headed North a bit past the Strawberry & "Pick Your Own" Farm Stand. Just off West Side Road, follow the road to the turn-around at the top. Park and walk in to the... Although we experienced The Cathedral Ledge on a cloudy, rainy day... The weather didn't take away from the majestic beauty. It may have made it a little more special that we were literally in the clouds!

Nothing like driving to the top of a mountain and hiking 200 ft. to view the scenery! The only bummer is I did not know where I could safely drop a rope and climb a little.

Take river road from North conway to the ledge. Only about 2 miles from North conway, hike to the top or an easy drive with parking when you get to the top. Fine views across the valley.

A short walk from the parking area, this ledge is a must to go and see if you are in the area. There is fencing around so is safe and the views of the mountains rivers and echo lake were brilliant - glad we went!
