Nice Accidental Find

We accidentally ended up at the Cathedral Ledge. It was great for little ones and a great view of the area. A bonus was the geocach we found!

Cathedral Ledge is a short drive from North Conway center. There is plenty of parking and it's a very short walk to the Ledge. It offers a view of North Conway with Cranmore Mountain in the distance. Great picture spot!

It's a short walk from your car and the sites are unbelievable. It's amazing to watch if someone is rock climbing. We always make this a priority stop.

Gorgeous view from the top of Cathedral Ledge. Easy walk from parking lot. We might have stayed longer, but it was thunder and lightning around us. Long, twisty road up (and back down!)

Worth the ride if you are in the area. A brief visit, camera & good shoes if you want to hike a bit.

A lady from our motel suggested this site. It was a short walk to the ledge and provided a nice view. We visited later in the afternooon and most of the rock wall climbers had completed their climb so missed watching them complete scaling the wall. The ledge is difficult to find. Located in Echo State Park. Turn near the... More

Heading up to the ledge you will encounter an up hill climb in your car. At the top you will walk a short distant thru paths that will welcoming you to a majestic sight. You will view a breaktaking sight of the Valley. A must see when you visit North Conway at any season.

Was looking to open the kids eyes up to seeing the world beyond tablets and cell phones. Cathedral Ledge was the perfect start to our day. A short ride up the mountain and an even shorter walk to the scenic overlook, the kids (11,10,9,8) absolutely loved it. From there we could see Echo Lake, which was how we ended our... More

After a long day of shopping and checking out North Conway, I wanted to still try to check this place out. Could not have been easier and was absolutely beautiful. Was it on par with Mt. Washington? Of course not. But it's literally less than ten minutes out of North Conway, was free to drive to the top and check... More

Quick stop with easy access and incredible views of North Conway, Echo Lake, Cranmore Mountain and the surrounding area. Definitely worth the quick trip from town.
