Educational for an old timer like me.

Took in the science centre, (I'm English) when I had time to spare. Would recommend a visit as I was taken back to my schooldays reminded of things I had been taught but had... read more

Probably the best show/exhibit was the zero gravity jump activity, which although fun for the kids, looked a bit uncomfortable as the harness cuts at your neck line. This place seems like it was a good idea at the time it was built, but no one has maintained or updated the exhibits. I did not see any employees on the... More

We went here on a Friday in late August and it was CROWDED. The rainy day may have had something to do with that. Our 6 year old was entertained by stuff for about 2 hours. As far as kid-oriented museums go, this one is just alright. Some of the stuff looks a little old and tired. The lego display... More

This was a really nice place to spend a couple of hours with sons 12 and 9. We have seen many similar exhibits at MOS in Boston or Exploratorium in San Francisco (we're big science museum fans) but here they were delightfully uncrowded. Staff was engaging but not stifling. They also have reciprocity with many other museums so fun to... More

I bring my 5th graders here every year - specifically to see the Lego model of the Mill Yard from it's heyday! Such a wonderful place for hands-on science play! Great for young children as they have a special area for toddlers - right up to middle school!

This place is amazing... Just another venue of growth with local scientist Dean Kamen's touch early on. In the Winter, if you are in the area with Children, this is a perfect place. So much to see and do for the kids-Our 5/10 year old's keep busy at least 4 times a year here and there is usually something new... More

My 4 year old grandson and I visit frequently on Mondays after visiting the Library. His favorite is the "moonwalk". Very exciting and fun when a school has a field trip while we are there!

The day we went it was 80 degrees outside and it felt like 80 degrees inside, too! It was great fun with lots to do, but way too hot to have over a hundred children with parents closed up together! I took my 7 year old grandson and he had a blast. I think there were several amazing exhibits they... More

We took our 6 year old grandson to the SEE Science Center for the first time over school vacation week. There were so many things to see and do on two floors, it was hard to know what to zero in on first. Wonderful fun exhibits interesting to adults as well. I thought the hockey goalie response test was great... More

Took 2 of our grandchildren (age 4 & 2) to the museum. It's a great place for you kids. Lots of hands on stuff and good for different ages.... It's a little pricey for a one time visit. The annual membership is a great deal if you live in the area. They were fascinated with the million plus lego replica... More
