Good experience and educational also with the narration. Kids had fun watching the clown make things out of his balloons.

Last month, my sister, sister-in-law and I decided to go for a train ride on the Hobo Railroad in Lincoln, NH. From the time we arrived right up until the time we left, everything was great! All the staff were very friendly, polite, witty and hospitable. The lunch was well-worth the money and, most of all, fresh. On the way,... More

We just returned from the 11am train trip at Hobo Railroad. It's not cheap, $104 for the five of us with three lunches and lasted about 80-90 minutes. In comparison to the other train excursions in the area that is a bargain. The kids loved every minute of it and pleasing three year olds and a five year old is... More

We decided to go as it was raining all day and didn't have much else to do. We've been on rides like this in the past and they are not worth it. The same can be said for Hobo Railroad. The price was not cheap for the 4 of us (~$45) for a round trip for about 90 minutes. The... More

It's pretty much a ride though the woods on an old train.... I ave to admit am a train buff so I might be more prone to like it. Trains are immaculate restorations. There are a few trains to see. Old Alco diesel pulls you through the woods on even older passenger cars. Yes it goes back the way it... More

Beautiful scenes or green trees and rivers. Train is clean and well taken care of. Clowns were fun and very polite. Balloon animals are cute. It would be nice to have someone talk about the history and about what we are traveling past.
