My nine year old daughter said this was her favorite water park. She was able to enjoy all the rides. From an adults perspective it was fun with some room for improvement. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Staff of mostly young people were friendly and attentive. While it's not quite a mega water park like Disney it certainly did... More

We were in neighboring Franconia for a few days and the weather hit the mid 80's so we came over because i had a discount coupon in a NH Funpass book (must get that!) I knew most attractions in Lincoln and the surrounding area are very kitschy and outdated but we're not regular water park goers so I felt we'd... More

We recently went to Whale's Tale with my wife and two daughters (ages 9 and 11). We have been going once annually for the last several years, and I used to go annually as a kid in the late '80s and early '90s. We always have a really good time, and compared to other major water parks in the region... More

I find other waterparks in area to be too busy, too many rides. This park has the right amount of rides, easy to get from one to the other, not crowded together. Water was a bit cold, as expected, but start out in the warm water pool just to get wet then move on to the other rides.

With our 2 and 5 yr olds, we weren't interested in the big slides, but there was still plenty of choice for us. The restaurant food was limited to fast food. We should have brought a picnic. The lifeguards were friendly. We got there early and there was plenty of seating around the different pools. There were free life jkts... More

This is our third year in a row with our 6 year old and three year old twins. We always end up staying until they close. We love the short lines and how many times we can ride the slides. The wave pool is great as is the heated pool since it can be a bit chilly sometimes. Cannot wait... More

This place is great. It is a smaller park than Water Country, but from what I hear the prices are better, the lines are shorter, and the facilities are clean. This was my second time here - this time, just with my oldest son, age 12. Two or three hears ago, my wife and other son were with us as... More

My wife and I took our two 13 year old grand daughters to Whales tales. We were there all day from 10 am to closing. The girls went on all the slides and other rides, including the toilet bowl. It was non-stop fun all day. We also ate there.

That's what they say up here in NH, and at Whale's Tail, an older waterpark showing signs of age, there are few rules - and many times, you may feel that dying, or great bodily harm, is a distinct possibility. There's no running. Babies must have a swim diaper, You can't wear water shoes, bare feet only. There is a... More

Tons of fun! Lots of exciting rides and slides. The heated pool is a plus. The park is easy to maneuver around and plenty of places to get snacks for the kids. Just wish they had more seating around the park ofr parents waiting for their kids.
