a good walk, a great view

I am not reviewing this as a ski venue. It looked like it might be very good indeed for that. We visited to look at the leaves turning for Fall. The plan was to take the cable car up and walk down. To be honest there are probably better trails for the keen hiker because the routes here appeared to... More

there is plenty to do here all year around, walking for those who want less challenging, zip lining for high speed seekers, and the AT as hikers go through on their way to Maine. The view is amazing at the tip of the mountain, very reasonable prices for any activity and season ski passes at a great discount if you... More

Wildcat Mountain is a ski resort, but we visited in summer. The main lift is converted from chairs to gondolas and they offer a 15 minute ride to the top of mountain. Very scenic view. They also have a ziprider which is accessed by a three person chair lift. The ziprider only lasts about 45 seconds, but it is fun.... More

I love skiing here. It's small and has some really challenging terrain. I learned to ski here 2 years ago and I continue to push my skiing here. I've never visited in the summer but I'm sure there are some fun things to do that time of year too. The staff are friendly and the public on the mountain are... More

For the best views of Mount Washington, this is a must do. We took the gondola to the top of Wildcat, which is basically across the street from Mount Washington. The gondola itself is a little smaller than I expected, but the ride went well. The views are amazing. My suggestion is to bring some binoculars and a camera.

My husband, Luke, and I were married just this past weekend at Wildcat! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Iva and her team planning our big day. Not only was Iva accommodating of what we originally had planned, she was able to set up a wedding ceremony last minute! Luke and I were supposed to hike up to... More

I went for my first gondola sky ride with my adult daughter and 2 of my grandchildren. We enjoyed the ride to the top, but we were thrilled when we discovered that we were able to get out and spend as much time at the top as we wanted. There was a trail if we wanted to walk back down,... More

Being a bit older, I wanted to try zip lining without having to worry about equipment, dangling in the air and braking. And I found the perfect ride at Wildcat. With the Zip Rider, you take the chairlift up to a launch point where you're strapped into a seat-like harness. Four people go down at the same time on separate... More

Never been on a zip ride before. I loved it! You take a ski lift up and the staff informs you it's about a 45 second ride. But it is awesome! The price was reasonable. 20.00 per person. The ride was quick but very pretty while in the air. I recommend it.

Great range of trails for any level of skier. Amazing view of Mount Washington from the top which was definitely awe-inspiring. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
