Definitely my favourite place in New Hampshire and one of my top favourite places in the States. Picture post card perfect. Relaxation like no spa can give you.

Found Jackson Falls thanks to Tripadvisor! We were looking for something to do before going to Story Land and this fit the bill perfectly. Got to drive over a covered bridge en route from Glen on the way to the falls. Very very pretty area. Thanks, Tripadvisor!

Come here at least 2-3 times during each visit to the area. The views are spectacular and they never look the same twice. The first time I visited the river was low and calm. Then returned a few days later after the torrential all-day downpours and the river was raging like it was later winter/early spring. Simply amazing. I've included... More

Driving thru Jackson, we parked the car, and walked up the hill towards the top of the falls. Standing on the road bridge, you get some real good views towards the mountains. The falls of the Wildcat River, drop down gently towards the village. You can walk thru. them and even paddle in the rock pools. There are places to... More

We stayed at Christmas farm inn and the falls was very close about a 5-10 min walk away. Lovely freebie!

Cute little stop in a cute little town! I wouldn't base a whole trip around this, but if you're already in town to see Mt. Washington or go skiing (or both), this makes a great stop for a picnic lunch. A++, would river again.

Beautiful. The falls are a cascade of a bunch of small/medium sized falls and I thoroughly enjoyed them. Well worth the walk from the Inn at Jackson to the falls before breakfast.

Loved that you can just park your car and have a picnic right at the falls. The photos we took were awesome! Before our trip to NH, we saw that this was close to the Inn we were staying at and decided to bring lunch there. Perfect! It was one of the highlights for this NH trip.

Jackson Falls is a large cascading falls that have appeal for all ages. We saw children hiding under the flow of the falls in natural caves and elderly couples soaking their feet along the edge. Lots of free parking, falls are right off the street and large. Lots of flat rocks for parking your things, and little swimming holes. The... More

Easy walk up a steep hill or drive to the small lot right next to the falls. Falls are lovely and so surprising that you are right in town and yet so close to this beautiful spot. ...a definite stop when in Jackson.
