Easy walk up a steep hill or drive to the small lot right next to the falls. Falls are lovely and so surprising that you are right in town and yet so close to this beautiful spot. ...a definite stop when in Jackson.

Park next to the falls and just a short walk to get your feet wet. Must drive across a single lane covered bridge to get there.

This is such a great way to spend a warm afternoon. The falls are pretty, the views spectacular and it's a nice little drive up the mountain.

These falls are quite magnificent and are certainly worth a special trip or detour off your route. We went in May after a period of rainfall, so the river level was high and the water was cascading over the falls at quite a force. You can park opposite The Wentworth hotel and walk up the road for about half a... More

I'm an off season traveler. Arriving in Jackson in early June was fantastic. It was relaxing driving around and viewing the wildlife Moose, Bear, Fox and Deer.

If you are headed through Jackson, take the time to stop along the river. We walked over from our room at The Wentworth (highly recommended) in early May. The trees were only starting to bud which gave us great views of the falls on the entire stretch of the walk to the Upper Falls (there is a paved sidewalk along... More

Hadn't cross country skied in a while so we took some lessons. Instructor was knowledgeable and very patient with us. Had a great time.

The falls are both scenic and relaxing. Today, Some folks were enjoying a late afternoon picnic on a beautiful April day. Walk along and hop the rocks, stretch out in the sun ( or shade ) and relax. It's beautiful anytime of year, but is near heaven when you can find a cool pool of water to submerge yourself in... More

Picturesque, and breathtaking views. I could sit there for hours in a lawn chair with my feet in the water, or walking up and down the rocks with our camera

Series of waterfalls, pools, clusters of flat rocks, with lovely woods and a nice view of mountains in the distance, with small groups of kids and families having a picnic, reading, splashing and floating, an overall setting that will bring smiles later when looking over the pictures taken of this special visit
