Traveled up to Jackson for 3 day / 2 night get away. On the second day we went X-country skiing. There are many trails for all levels. We really enjoyed the ski tracks and will go back again. Rental was fast and easy and the gear was in good condition. No Complaints.

The staff at the main lodge were helpful and nice. Lodge has facilities and fireplace. Wide variety of good trails. Nearby to restaurants.

Well maintained trails for x-country skiing and snowshoeing. Friendly staff. A little disappointing that the 2-4-1 on Wednesdays didn't apply to snowshoeing.

We signed up for the afternoon instruction package at Jackson X-C for our first try at cross country skiing, with essentially no skiing experience behind us. This is an excellent deal, with an hour of comprehensive instruction, ski and boot rental and a course ticket for under $40. Our instructor was thorough and very patient. We were taught all the... On our most recent trip to Jackson, we decided to try snowshoeing in Jackson. The Ellis River Trail that leads to an off-tracks snowshoe trail to the warming hut was wonderful. The trail wound through the woods, along the river to the warming hut, and continued onto different loops. We were out for about two hours on a gorgeous winter... More

The cross country skiing is excellent in large part due to the amazing work of the skilled grooming crew. The upper meadows of Woodchuck and Wildcat Valley offer memorable vistas and perfect tracks without too much climbing. Ellis River Trail is a great way to enjoy the slightly more hilly trek through the enchanting Ellis River Valley. Our one recommendation... More

We have been coming here now and then for over 30 years. First as a couple, then with the family and now as a senior couple. Jackson Village is still the magical place we remember. The jewel and the draw here in the winter is the Jackson Ski Touring Foundation. The trails are extensive, varied and suitable for all ages... More

We hadn't been to Jackson in years, but were glad we came back. The trails were wide and impeccably groomed, and featured mountain scenery that couldn't be beat. The conditions were safe enough on the blue trails for my aging knees. My one complaint is I felt there could have been more and clearer signage to mark the trails, especially... More

We chose to try XC skiing here for the first time during a weekend getaway in Conway. It was a reasonable distance from our lodging & the first time package they had was not pricey. $45 gets you a 2-hour group lesson, equipment rental & trail pass for the day. Connie was our instructor & did a great job. There... More
