Great day spent here at the beach, it was clean, convenient and the kids had a wonderful time. We just need to learn the high tide schedule here ;) Definitely will go back

I don't get the good reviews on this beach. Stopped here after leaving Maine and I was so disappointed. Horrible to park. Paid $15 in a lot that was $10 a few minutes earlier. The beach was so crowded that there was nowhere to sit. The worst part was the trash. People just threw their cigarette butts all over the... More

Beautiful area. We stopped for a quick hour, but you could easily spend the day just chilling on the beach. Plenty of shopping, exactly what you'd expect at a busy beach. The water was icy cold, which made it a new experience for us. I don't think I could swim in it personally because of the temperature, but people were... More

Twice we have managed to visit when the sand castle competition was going on -- it was marvelous! We biked for miles along the shore with little traffic problems. Concerts at the beach take place regularly and there's always something interesting to do and see.

The beach has nice sand, a gradual decent into the ocean, the beach, sidewalks and the streets are cleaned nightly, There are many eateries, amusements for kids and famous name entertainers at night. Bathroom facilities are on the street side of the beach in newly renovated buildings. Parking is ample. The beach is free, but there is a fee to park.

Clean, newly renovated beachfront buildings. The sand castle competition was phenomenal. The restaurants were clean and the workers were very friendly.

New Hampshire knows how to do state parks. This place has everything you need. Big parking lot, bathrooms, and a convenience store. There is a lot of beach to spread out on. My daughter and I enjoyed walking out on the rock grotto to the end (moderately difficult). The water was FRIGID, so plan on beachside activities, getting some sun... More

Had little kids here. It was safe and clean above all. I hadn't been here for 15 years and honestly, last time I was at Hampton I thought it had turned a bit trashy. I have to say that they have really updated their bathrooms and the pavilion is really nice. Arcades are great and of course there is blinks... More

Great waves and the arcade is great for kids. There's plenty of food to chose to from nearby and the money invested recently is impressive.
