Discovered this farm on the last visit up here and the return trip was not a disappointment. They have milk in glass bottles. It can be a bit pricey, but due in part to the deposit. Bring the bottle back and you get a refund for the bottle. The milk comes in many flavors too. They have meat, cheese, produce,... More

This local farm brought us in originally for the milk but the produce, subsequently, kept us buying and buying. Last visit we purchased the nitrate-free sausages and what a rave review they received from my family that night at dinner!

Farmstand has milk, frozen home-grown meat, pastries, soup, and of course their vegetables. They also sell flowers - you can pick your own. In Sept. and all Oct. they go all out with a HUGE maze through their cornfield. I have heard that their Pumpkin Chuckin' is fun. My favorite purchases are Pumpkin Whoopie pies (the real deal) and milk.... More

On the way back from kayaking, we stopped at my son's favorite place to get fresh veggies and fruit. My daughter-in-law talks about their happy cows and happy chickens. I was impressed with their large fields of fresh flowers. You can pick them yourself and make your own bouquets. They charge $9 a pound! I have never seen anything like... More

Fresh vegetables in season as well as baked goods and dairy products make this a favorite stop on my way home.

Sherman Farm has some good produce and excellent heat and eat meals (love their chili!) But, it comes with a hefty price tag. I try to shop as local as possible but Sherman Farm is just too steep for my wallet. I now get all my produce at Whittaker's Farm Stand in Conway....can't be beat!

I've been going to Sherman Farm for the last decade and love it. It wouldn't be summer without them. Great prepared foods, friendly people, and the best baked goods outside my mother-in-laws pies!

We moved to Maine 8 years ago and on our travels we found Sherman Farm; since than, we go over as much as possible to buy their fresh and varied produce.

This farm stand (store) is off the beaten path but my son loves to go here every time we are in the area. They have fresh homemade muffins in the morning and the milk is first rate. The milk comes in those old fashioned bottles which carry a hefty deposit if you won't be returning them. On the other hand... More
