Monkey Trunks offers fun for children, adults and families! Participants begin with ground school and receive safety instructions on how to navigate through the course. They then move on to the green course to demonstrate they have the ability to properly use their equipment. After completing these two stages, participants will progress through the levels - each level becomes progressively more challenging! Monkey Trunks courses feature ziplines, swinging beams, tightropes, rolling logs, hanging tires, cargo nets and more! Each Monkey Trunks location includes a children's course for the littlest of monkeys, with platforms no more than 6' off the ground. The children's courses include 6-8 challenges with an 80' zipline at the finish. Reservations are encouraged and can be made anytime online or by phone.

I was really nervous about this event with my young teen daughter. She is a monkey, so I knew it would be no problem for her to do all the challenges, but I wasn't so sure about me. I appreciated that the course was broken into 5 different levels and that each one had an end point. I am 44... More

Surprise weekend to NH and started the day at Monkey Trunks. Wasn't sure I could do all 6 stages but we did! It was scary at times and exhilarating. Lily was our guide for most of the day - watching to make sure we stayed safe. The staff was all helpful and provided encouragement too. It was a great workout... More

Highly recommend but don't underestimate the course or overestimate your abilities! There are levels for all abilities and we felt safe in the harness, never a fear of falling. Eat a hearty meal and drink water before you attempt this, especially if you go during the summer.

Now that our kids are older (8&11) our family of 4 enjoyed the larger obstacle course after visiting the kiddie area a few years ago. The larger course can keep a family entertained for 2-4 hours and it is a great confidence booster for the kids. The safety harness provides the comfort, safety and peace of mind that is required... Every summer we are in the North Conway area, we fit in a trip to Monkey Trunks. Always a good time! Helpful and friendly staff. Easy to get to. Many enhancements made over the years.

I have completed a number of these courses around the country and while this one is about average, the service makes up for a lot. All the employees were knowlledgeable and friendly and gave us the feeling they enjoyed being there and wanted participants to succeed. Not always the case with outdoor activities. Convenient for observers too since most of... More

Saw ads for this in various hand outs around NH. It was a perfect introduction for my eight and ten year old into rope courses and zip lines. A perfect activity for a young family. My four year old son did the kids course and had a blast. Really solid fun for the whole family. The whole course only took... More

My Children both 11 had a great time. A bit expensive but if you plan to stay for 3-4 hours, its worth it. we only stayed 2 hrs. At one point a child was walking up the steps to one of the higher platforms and was noticed by a person who worked there on a different section (not the climbing... More
