This trip was absolutely fantastic! My BF and I stayed on the 2nd deck, they had 6 restrooms, a full bar and a gift shop...just on this level. Only a few stairs up and you were on the top deck with panoramic views of Lake Tahoe! If you didn't want to go up stairs but wanted to have unobstructed views... More

Our experience with this boat ride was so memorable. We were celebrating our parent's 45th wedding anniversary. Upon boarding, they take a picture of your party and have a package available for purchase. There is also a small gift shop. The cruise across the lake is breathtaking and entering Emerald Bay was equally amazing. Although being on the top deck... More

We went on the "Sunset cruise" but in mid November their is no sunset as late as 5:30. The views are spectacular during the day and the band was fun, but the food is what you would expect. Our chicken was dry,but the steak looked ok. The cold apple pie was nice. There were big birthday groups onboard that seemed... More

My husband and I had gone on this boat 20 years ago when we got married and returned on our 10th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately it was foggy today but we sat inside and looked out the windows at the beautiful views! Recommend this for couples, families, or by yourself.

We took the noon two hour trip from Zephyr Cove to Emerald bay and back. The paddle wheel boat has three levels, two inside and an open top level. The boat was nice, clean and spacious. I was disappointed that we did not board early enough to get one of the topside open air seats but there was more than... More

Overpriced for the experience, but a fun thing to do (once). Website says you can't bring your own food, but if I go again, I would (I saw others that did). Boat food is average, wait service was terrible on the noon cruise. Only one waitress!!! :(

We were traveling with 3 young kids and 2 seniors. We all enjoyed it, but don't need to go again. The younger ones got restless fast and the stairs to go to the upper decks were hard for the 2 grandparents. A bus picked us up, but I'd skip that and drive ourselves. The boat was clean, which is nice... More

An historic mode of travel (paddle wheeler) crosses Lake Tahoe from Zephyr Cove to Emerald Bay while you dine on a surprisingly well prepared and served meal. The company of both fellow "sailors" and wait staff is upbeat and lively. The evening is capped with great live music. The ONLY tiny complaint is the PA system is too weak to... More

We thoroughly enjoyed this cruise on the recommendation of Marriott Timber Lodge Concirge staff and we can fully endorse and recommend. We were picked up out front of our resort by the free shuttle bus and arrived at Zephyr Cove where the boats were moored at 11.30am for time to complete ticket purchase and queue to board. Make sure early... More
