one of dwindling places that still has silver strike machine. I always end up winning one. Machines are old, but this is an old town. Lots of history, take it all in. The rest of town is definate must to check out. The cemetery at end of town is very interesting

Don't forget to see the globe. Place overall is a dump. Worn out and full of smoke. The table has a very cool history if you believe it but it's definitely worth a stop.

Ticket readers on their slot machines don't work very well. Sometimes you need to try 3 or 4 different machines until you find one that will read a ticket. Dealing with their cashier is a bad experience. She is rude and does not listen to customers, or she just doesn't care...

Suicide table, where lives and fortunes were lost, is the main attraction in this historic virginia city saloon. Be sure to read the info posted on the walls and walk around the place. You can even contribute to their slot machines.

If you take the time to read some of the historical articles on the walls, there is a lot here. Staff was helpful, but not intrusive. The interior of the saloon is in good shape. Definitely worth a stop. We were here on a cold day, and it was warm inside. You can't beat that!

Stopped into the Delta Saloon... cute little spot. Even played on the slots for a short time.. Virginia City is worth the climb up from Carson City to see the Old Western town.

This is a great place to relax after a hard day of checking out a wonderful town. The beer and drinks are very reasonable and a lot of the locals hang out here so it is always entertaining meeting these wonderful people.

We were in Reno Nevada this pass April 2013 and we rented a carand drove to Virginia City Nevada. We felt like we went back to the 1860's . Everyone was dresssed in the clothing of that era and the men wore real guns and bullets in their belts. We visited the Delta Salloon on Main Street . It is... More

You can't expect much from one of the many tourist oriented eateries in Virginia City. The historic Delta Saloon shows its years and the menu appears to have been around for a long time as well. Service is friendly, prices comparable to the neighboring joints.
