Just like Harraha's, they were not great. I think both places need to invest in a good air ventilation system. The place reeks, and just because it's a casino doesnt mean everyone like the smell. THe slots were stingy. The only nice thing about them is that they are connected with Harrah's(via underground tunnel)

Stayed at Harvey's again for this years skiing trip. It's exactly the same as the last three years....no change. Room was ok..nothing special.....but no tea/coffee facilities is annoying. Facilities in the hotel are ok.....and you get to use facilities at harrahs across the road which is slightly better. South Lake Tahoe is looking tired....seems it still hasn't quite recovered from... More

Harvey's was a little quieter than Harrah's casino if you want to go there for a little peace. Lots of slots.

Lots of fun reel slot machines, along with all the penny machines every casino seems to have these days.

We always stay here during our week visit to Tahoe first week of October each year. We enjoy the Hard Rock located in the hotel. They always have lively and friendly servers behind the bar. Casino is some times "smokey" but can tolerate. Like other reviews, few "big" winners announced. But overall, we enjoy our visit and will return.

I liked the variety of play and quick, friendly beverage service. Restrooms were clean. I disliked that there were few if any big winners being announced.

Nice open space to move around in and lots of fun and updated slot machines. A little fair amount of smokers, but not terrible. Looked like gaming tables were fun, we play slots.

Don't waste your money gambling here. Payouts are worse than at some small Indian Casinos. In all fairness, it is just not Harvey's. Had same experience at Harrah's and MontBleu. Also drink service is very slow. Machines are mostly penny and dollar. There are maybe 4 nickel and 5 quarter machines that I saw. Air filtration not good, strong smell... More

Harvey's offers discounted and free nights to people with Total Rewards cards. We don't gamble much but we were able to get a nice room for free on a Sunday for two nights. The room was on the 10th floor. It was clean and good sized. The bathroom was very big and had both a standing shower and separate tub.... More
