to an e-mail about one of their products that we loved. They have a page for responding but they didn't. Disappointing, so will likely not do business with them again. There are lots of western stores and online sites.

We spent the Sunday hitting all of the western stores in Reno and this was by far the best. Great boot selection. My husband bought boots and could immediately walk miles they were so comfortable. Women's wear is very limited, but men's vests and coats are pretty good. Definitely will be back

As a result of being relocated 1100 miles from Reno because of a necessary employment relocation. I wanted to do some online shopping as the store is needless to say, not accessible... I've been in this store several times and have always been impressed with the wide selection of stuff........the staff has always been pleasant and helpful. Would I go back? You betcha.........

Found this shop after a quick iPhone google search for "boots in Reno". SO glad I found it! The ladies around the shop are top-notch help, the owner shook my hand and took time to talk for a bit. Best of all, WHITE's USA-made boots are ON STOCK! Can't find that in the Midwest! Walked in to "look" walked out... More

Been shopping here for years, and especially like the selection of boots and hats, and the ease/pricing for ordering custom made boots (2 pair so far!). Great selection of good using gear and some fun art & giftware.

I called to see if I could get a 26" cinch. The call went very well, the clerk is drop shipping my cinch that had to be special ordered so that it'll be here faster. very helpful and the price was right too.

Went in to see about buying some boots. Cindy the saleswoman took care of me and walk me thru all aspects of buying a pair of boots. She even called the manufacture to make sure of what they could do for me. All the sales persons help get the items that I wanted and were very friendly. Even the prices... More
