A diamond in the ruff casino and hotel. For being right downtown, it is a VERY nice hotel and casino. The slots do pay out and you can spend hours on the gaming floor having fun!

It was fun , but GSR seemed more relaxing. Eldorado was lively, and busy, where as although GSR was busy, they did not seem as full.

We stayed at the El Dorado during our visit and knew it was connected to the Silver Legacy. We expected a regular walkway between the El Dorado, Silver Legacy, and Circus, Circus, but instead got a huge lobby-like feel with restaurants and slots along the way. This casino was one of my favorites in Reno because of the open feeling,... More

We stopped at serveral casino's in the 'strip' and this was the nicest of them all. The thunderstorms were interesting and added a little atmosphere.

I stayed here 3 years ago when everything was slow, and I was worried for the place, but when I came to town this weekend to fly out of Reno, the Street Sensations biker rally was going full bore on the streets just outside the casino, and the whole place was wall to wall people … and ENERGY! Loved it!... More

I stayed at Atlantis for business and a group of us went to the comedy show here and then hung out at the casino after the show. The air filter system is really good at this place. It is not nearly as smoky as Atlantis and other older hotels. Our cabbie told us they had done a big remodel and... More

The place is well setup and I like thall the different restaurants in the combined casinos. Nice place to move around and stay within the 3 block area inside.

I am not sure just why, but I never did feel totally comfortable the whole time I was there. It is a nice place, everyone was friendly and playing the slots was fun. Yet, I felt like I had to constantly watch my back - Strange!!!

Enjoyed my days in Reno, but the downtown is suffering a bit. The casinos all could use some work and the streets need to be brightened up. The city is going through a rough patch with jobs and all, but the casino business has a lot of competition and you have to keep up or fold.
