My wife and I just sat in the lounge listening to the 70's music band. We do not drink, but had a good time watching everyone and listening to the music.

I asked someone for assistance and got a bad attitude. The guy was so mean to me that it made me cry and feel like not coming back. The slots don't pay out good. The food is ok but they can definitely use more variety in the little Cafe.

We've visited almost all the casinos in Reno, and Silver Legacy is the nicest, in my opinion. The casino is large, plenty of slots and table games. There is little notice of cigarette smoke, so the circulation system must be top notch. There are several bars spread out through the casino that are all very nice. We arrived the day... More

I am not a gambler, but went for a weeked with those who are. There were several places inside the casino to eat although a bit pricy for my taste. What I also liked was that the eating areas and my hotel room was non smoking areas. The gambling areas down stairs was an area where people could smoke. It... More

Average, but not a place I would frequent visit. Too big and easy to get lost. Not the friendliest place in town.

This is probably the best of the downtown Reno casinos, dealers are friendly and the atmosphere is pretty fun. Smoke is pretty well-managed with high ceilings and cranking ventilation.

The Silver Legacy is one of the bigger and nicer casinos in Reno. The games are basically the same as are available at most casinos, although they do have a fun 8-person craps machine that isn't at many casinos. The mining rig is large but simple and probably won't hold a person's interest for very long. There is a Starbucks... More

Many casino's smell like stale smoke, NOT The Legacy!!! Made our slots gambling so much fun and to be able to breath nice clean air...All the gambling area's were nice and clean, had a wonderful air freshener smell as you walk thru the entire casino.

I was in Reno for a quick business appointment and was nervous about driving back to Sacramento late at night. I made reservations at the Silver Legacy and was pleasantly surprised at the room rate, room quality and amenities. The hotel is very nice, rooms are reasonable and there are several restaurant choices. I intend to return because they have... More
