This hotel, while sounding like an upscale spa/casino is actually an old holiday inn. You will notice the ubiquitous architecture despite efforts to spruce it up. The interior is definitely better than a Holiday Inn and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms lack some basic amenities and our bathroom was in dire need of an upgrade. The... More

My friend was falsely accused of assault by the security at this casino. I frequent Reno gambling establishments from California and would NEVER go to this place. They did not even review the tapes to prove his innocence. If you want to feel safe, don't go there.

My girlfriend and I, along with a pair of friends stayed at the Siena last night. Our room was nice. The Casino staff was great but a young fella named "Taylor" who drove us to the airport went above and beyond in his efforts to help us out and make our experience a good one. I appreciate good customer service... More

New Year's Eve in Reno this year was freezing. We were fortunate enough to get an invitation to the VIP party along with a room for the celebration. My husband who is normally a pretty gentle soul, decided to party like it was 1979. He was in his 30's back then. Unfortunately it is 2015 and he is in his... More

On a recent trip thru Reno I stopped to have lunch at the Siena as some friends had mentioned it was a nice smaller but classy club. We had a great meal and then decided to stop and play a little black jack. I have played only twice before but the dealer was super patient with us and explained the... More

We spent only one night there, it was a stop before moving on, in our opinion it was over priced for what we got. Rooms are updated but the bathrooms are tight you have to close the bathroom door to get into the shower or to use the toilet. The hotel has a great dome feature very eye pleasing from... More

It you''d like to have nice views of the river of Reno, the views of the river are stellar from the Siena. It is close to downtown Reno (walkable) and the national automobile museum and Pioneer Center (where shows are seen). The casino itself is smaller. To me, it is ok but not as much fun as some of the... More

Low rates are great - and so is the hotel, but get hit with many fees $2 "Reno capital project" fee $9 resort fee (pool was closer when we got there, the said it includes valet we didn't use) $14 to switch to double beds (we prepaid, which I guess is our fault for assuming the hotel would allow this... I live here in Reno and have been to all the casinos numerous times and the Sienna is on the top of my list. The casino has a small gaming floor so you might not find your favorite machine. What you will find is prompt, friendly service from the employees. Dining on the river at the Whitewater is nice and... More
