Impressive campus

I am very impressed by UNR campus, especially the old part with its beautiful historic buildings. They are nested in a lovely green park. Nice place to visit.

This is a nice new campus. The parking folks were kind to forgive sparking ticket in a poorly signed area. That was nice and unusual for a university.

We had a free hour, so wanted to see the campus. Did not live up to our expectations. The Quad (original buildings)is cool, but much of the rest of the "core" had so much construction going on, that it was a mess to walk around. Poor signage, unclear parking in the garage (it says "Public Parking" from Virginia Ave, but... More

I have traveled to the Reno/Tahoe for last several years. My son received great education and his professors were outstanding. At his masters with honors I brought my 90 year old dad w a wheelchair and everyone very nice. We just had his highest level at the doctorate program. Both graduations outstanding. Education-the best.

Is the Campus as Nice as some like Northwestern In Chicago? Not really but it really is a cool / Beautiful Campus for a small city like Reno. It`s set on top of a hilly area with nicer some older some newer homes in a well Kept neighborhood which is Not exactly easy to find in Reno in my honest... More

This campus surprised and impressed the hell out of me. It is SO much nicer, cleaner, larger, and better than the better known UNLV. The campus is full of beautifully finished brick buildings, has great greenery surrounding the buildings, and it is very clean and easy to walk around. Definitely worth a quick walk thru if nothing else, you might... More

Beautiful, growing campus with many new beautiful buildings to blend with the old ones! Always enjoy walking the campus and the Student Union has great food choices. The new library is beautiful too!

My son, Connor graduated May 2015, from the start of his freshman year 2011 until he graduated, all staff members were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. The staff members are wonderful mentors assuring students a positive environment to be successful. Thank you to all.

Beautiful grounds and serenity during the Summer when fewer students are on campus. The biggest negative is parking. Without a permit, best of luck finding anywhere to park near the campus.
