Something interesting to do in Reno... Wouldn't go out of my way for this... It was fun taking pics with the cars and they had one you could actually climb into.

Harrah's auto collection is presented at this museum. It has a great layout. Alot of variety and history. I'm not a car buff; but, I can understand how and why people become fascinated by cars. I would return again. I'm sure I missed alot and would see new things on a second or third visit.

What a surprising place to find in Reno!!! Great collection of cars (many of which I had never heard of), the displays were wonderful (loved the period idea rather than just throwing a bunch of cars in a warehouse). We were there for 1 1/2 to 2 hours and had we not been so tired, could have spent some more... More

What an amazing collection of cars. All the cars are in such excellent condition. Spend nearly 2 hours just looking around. The way the place is set up with cars of different time periods is a good idea. Well worth a visit for any car enthusiast.

Lots of well-kept cars on display including some unique ones. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Most of the cars are from the pre-war era, and nearly all are road cars, though there are some race cars, trucks and military vehicles. Plenty of interesting lore to go with many of the models. This is a great way to spend a few hours... More

This museum is very well designed and maintained. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The automobiles on display are meticulously refurbished and cared for. There are theme streets to showcase the vehicles in their periods. I was totally in awe of huge collection of the beautiful work of art of the past. This place must be on the bucket... More

I remember visiting the huge old Harrah's Automobile Museum when it was in Sparks years ago. This Auto Museum appears to have taken possession of some of the better vehicles that were once on display at the old Harrah's auto museum. I was hoping for more vehicles, but what is on display is interesting.

Upon arrival, I was expecting to find a spartan warehouse full of historical vehicles but I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of effort to add other historical elements such as paintings, pictures, old advertising, mock displays, media, and so forth to put these amazing vehicles in perspective of the times they came from as well. Most of the vehicles... More

I was there for a business function with an excellent buffet dinner. It was an unusual and exciting place for such a function. With several rooms to explore and thoughtfully laid out routes to travel, it took at least an hour to explore. This would be longer with the guided tours which certainly add value in understanding the history of... More
