Played in April of 08 on both courses. The Desert course had a lot of course sand on the greens making them tough to putt. The Lakes course was much better green wise. Excellent practice facility. Wife and I played Lakes course second week in February. Friendly staff, very nice course. Beautiful weather, a very enjoyable round. Value is only shortcoming. Greens were not in very good condition, specially for a $155 mid-week price tag. Also, the much advertised ESPN practice facility was closed for the day for maintenance! Thank you Primm Valley hotel and golf course staff for providing a great golfing vacation for the Cleveland Golfing Group(16 players) March 29-April 5, 2004. We played the weekend after New Year's 2004. The course was beautiful, well-maintained and challenging. We had an 11:00am tee time, were paired up with another couple and enjoyed a leisurely round. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return. more
