It's one of these things that you must do one your visit in Las Vegas. I've been to Vegas so many times and only on my last trip in March 2015 we've decided to visit this famous landmark. There is a nice parking lot for free, but the entrance to the parking is when you driving Westbound (like driving away... More

This is a major attraction in Vegas. There's even a parking area in the middle of the highway for it. We went the night before St Patricks Day and the sign was green. There were many people there taking pictures by the sign.

First trip to Vegas & this was a perfect way to start it. Lines are long but worth it. Sometimes show girls are there to take pictures with you for a small tip. Would recommend to anyone who visits Vegas to take a detour & snap a picture or 2.

You must visit here when in Las Vegas and have your picture taken. We thought it was awesome and our favourite photo opportunity from our time in Vegas. It's quite far so drive (way past the Luxor) if you have a car (there's tons of parking in the middle of the road) or take a taxi. Loved our pictures from... More

How can you go to Vegas and not see the Las Vegas sign. Whatever means you need to use to see the sign is worth it. Located at the very southern end of the strip there is a convenient parking lot which is accessible while driving south.

You have to get your picture taken here, I mean it's just something you have to do, but for goodness sakes please don't convince yourself that it's right down the street...take a taxi, your feet will thank you ;)

You can't visit Vegas without taking a trip to see one of the most iconic signs in the world!A short taxi ride from the cosmopolitan hotel or a half an hour walk. There is a guy there that will take photos for you and you can flip him a dollar if you wish.

Every single store in Las Vegas has the sign on either a mug, key chain, calendar, poster etc...I'm pretty sure everyone has seen this sign either on TV or at the movies but it's not really what I was expecting. Right off the bat, it's a long drive from the strip, especially if you're staying far from the Tropicana/Excalibur etc...... More

I walked from The Excalibur hotel instead of take the bus or hire a taxi. This meant the queues were lighter so I didn't have to wait long. There are guys there available to take your picture for you for a small 1-2 dollar tip.

We walked from Excalibur straight to the sign. It was about 25 minutes at a leisurely pace. A small price to pay for some "classic Vegas" photos. Whether you wait in line or decide to stand off to the side to take pictures, you're guaranteed a great shot. Don't forget to get some shots with the other side of the... More
