A wonderful wine tasting in the afternoon lead us to come back the next day for dinner, we had a great view from the glass enclosed porch, the waiter was fantastic, knowledgeable of the menu and the wines as well as the history of the Vineyard...Beautiful indoors and out, Try the house salad dressing made with Symphony, absolutely fantastic....

I'm a sucker for wineries! Great location in the desert. I bought 3 Bootles and had them shipped. Symphony is my choice.

On the way from Las Vegas to Death Valley, we came across this winery and decided to check it out. We enjoyed the tour and especially loved all the wines. We bought the chardonnay, barberra and one called Symphony, the same name of their restaurant. The women working there educated us about the wines and the area and they were... More

I am a Vegas local and I so enjoy the hour-long drive to Pahrump to visit Valley Winery. I usually purchase several bottle of wine--but I especially enjoy dining at the Winery Restaurant--the Symphony Restaurant. By the way, the Thanksgiving Day seating is already sold out---New Year's Eve is currently available with a reservation at 775-751-7800. The Winery closes at... More

Under Nevada law, one can’t locate a fireworks stand, a brothel, or a winery in a county with more than 100,000 population. Las Vegas’s loss is Pahrump’s gain. I thought that it was unlikely to have a winery in such a desolate location but the persistent owners have developed nearly 15 acres of hearty Zinfandel and other special varietals of... More

This winery is less than an hour from Las Vegas. They have lovely ground, a generous complimentary wine tasting, good restaurant with excellent food and a delightful staff. Wine price ranges are not bad either. Wines may not be like those from typical wine regions, but coming here is definitely like a desert oasis!

Service was exceptional. Wine selection pretty good. Loved the bisque, just so yummy. Atmosphere is romantic at sunset and the pace is just wonderfully relaxed. After a beautiful meal spend some time in the tasting room, it will be the perfect topper to your experience. They are just a pleasure there.

We got to the 1st winery, Pahrump Valley Winery, and it was at the end of a small development. The property looked nice and had a stage and a gazebo for weddings. On entry you were in the tasting room with the gift shop off to the left. Winery staff took us back outside to the winery and gave us... More

From Vegas less than an hour driving to this oasis in the desert, is not Temecula and of course not Napa, very small but nice, complimentary wine tasting and a good restaurant, the risotto was excellent.

This is a strange little establishment with beautiful grounds, a good restaurant and a very generous tasting policy. The staff are delightful and knowledgeable. The wine is not bad and the range is impressive.
