Short tight front nine, gives way to a longer back nine. Not sure what the complaints on this site are all about. Is it pebble beach ? Nope. But you're in the dessert, where everything is man made. Enjoy it for what it is.

The course was being prepared for overseeding next week but I still had a very enjoyable round. This was my second time playing this course, great views of the Mesquite valley. Greens in very nice condition. The employees at this course are exceptional. From the pro shop to the young men who set up your golf cart and even the... More

What a beautiful coarse! I realized that this coarse was part of the Big Break Mesquite Episode! OMG, first tee was amazing and it got better from there! The only thing I will say is drink water drink water drink water!

Layout is great, fair and playable. The front none had many chances to score well, while the back is a bit tougher but more scenic cut through the canyons. Must play!

My husband and I played this course a couple of years ago and recently gave it another try. FR is a nice course that is cut out and woven through the natural hills and valleys of the Mesquite desert. We played in July and the course was in need of water. The carries for women are manageable and the elevated... More

This is a good restaurant for lunch or breakfast. Whenever you order, they bring you a bowl of homemade potato chips with this fabulous dipping sauce that has a little kick to it. Their portions are very generous and the food consistently good. The service is great also.

Next to Wolf Creek, this is my favorite course to play in Mesquite. Variety of spectacular holes require good shot making. A must play.

The course had some great views, however it is in large part goofy golf. Blind shots a plenty and to the visitor without a guide you have no idea where to hit except to the pole in the middle of the fairway. Great but do I hit my driver or an iron. On top of that they were punching the... More

I should start by saying that I didn't dislike this course, but I certainly was not in love with it. With all of the vastness of Nevada, why was this course crammed into this space? A number of shots were blind and just really didn't make a lot of sense. The course conditions were good and it was maintained well,... More

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Falcon Ridge, this course was shut down in the fall of 2013 because it lost most, if not all, of their greens after overseeding in September. Normally this is a must play course in Mesquite. I have been going down there for over ten years and always enjoyed playing Falcon because of... More
