For the last 5 years I have traveled to Mesquite every summer in late July to tackle all the Mesquite golf courses. Wolf Creek is the crown jewell by far and paying only $85.00, what a steal. Yeah its hot, but nobody tees off after 10 in the morning and my rounds were right around 4 hours. I willl say... more

I had been wanting to play this golf course for a long time. I planned a 4 day trip to Mesquite which included Falcon Ridge, The Canyons Course at the Oasis, The Palmer Course at the Oasis, and I saved the crown jewel, Wolf Creek Golf Club, for last. At least that is what I thought. When I got to... more

I just played Wolf Creek March 14th 2009 and had a wonderful time. The design and layout must be experienced to be appreciated. Make sure you play the correct set of tees for your skill level. You will be sorry otherwise. However, for $195 a round, I expected at least a little service at the bag drop. We weren't even... more

WE have traveled to Messqutie for 10 years staying at the Eureka and making Wolf Creek the finale for our adventure. This year 2009 it is in the best shape it has ever been in. Bring your camera and give yourself plenty of time (6 hours) becasue it will take that long to play. It always does. Once we were... more

The only bad part is the $195 greens fee. Other than that, my experience at Wolf Creek this past week was remarkable! Absolutely gorgeous, breathtaking, you name it! I've played in Bermuda, Myrtle Beach, Hawaii and some private courses in Westchester (you can figure em out) and Wolf Creek is The No. 1 course on my list. The most enjoyable... more

A group of us (from all over the country) meet and play this course every year in February. The weather is always a questionmark, but it is such a neat experience we're willing to deal with it. We have played it every year since it opened. Our group tends to like courses with character, so we usually visit the golf... more

I was fortunate to play golf at Wolf Creek Golf Club. This golf course is an architech's dream. Tee boxes on top of cliffs, awesome views of the surrounding desert and mountains, and a drive-thru concession stand. The golf course was in excellent playing condition. Driving the golf cart is a interesting experience with many severe uphills and downhills. While... more

This place is worth whatever effort it takes to get there. My wife and I have golfed in beautiful places and fantastic courses in Hawaii, and Scotland, but nothing, NOTHING, is comparable to Wolf Creek. Spectacular, overwhelming, completely fun, gorgeous, and so on. The day we played it actually snowed on the 12th hole (October), and it just seemed to... more

My group of 10 golfers was very excited to play Wolf Creek as one of 6 courses over 4 days. While the views are spectactular, it's not really a golfer's golf course, in my opinion. Our group's handicaps range from 2 to 7, and to a man, we felt that the course didn't really lend itself to good golf. The... more

My group of guys - 22 this year - went to Mesquite this year instead of Myrtle Beach specifically to play this course. (BTW - while you're in Mesquite, don't miss the Oasis Palmer course.) I cannot understand how anyone can play Wolf Creek and not walk away in total awe at not only the views, but what it must... more
