I have played over 300 golf courses in the USA and this one is in the Top 10. An unbelievably spectacular golf course and you will marvel at the creative process that got it built. How can you possibly build a tough but playable (from the correct set of tees) golf course in such terrain? Well, exceptionally well as it... More

This is definitely a bucket list course to play in Vegas. My third time out here and it never disappoints. From tee to green and everything in between this course is magnificent. The views are stunning. The elevation change is breathtaking. The golf is tough but worth every stroke. If you can get the early tee time then the replay... More

The most difficult golf course I have ever played. If you are a low handicap, you will love it. If you love scenery, you will love it. But it is slow to play and terribly difficult for high handicaps.

I've played golf here and brought groups from 4 to 24 in the past during the past 7 years.. This year I came with my wife (non golfer) and she rode around with me while I played. The course is amazing, beautiful, and one no true golfer should ever miss. Course conditions were perfect. Lush grass and beautiful greens..The weather... More

We played Wolf Creek in Mesquite on March 17,2015. Horrible experience. Took 61/2 hrs to complete round. Spent 45 minutes on the first par 3, 4 group back up. No beverage cart, which we were told. But they do have a Beverage station on the front and back. Started at 1:30 and and got to the beverage station on the... More

This is a course in it's own class. Built among the sand stone hills and ravines, the contrast of sand and plush green grass is amazing. The course is harder than we expected. Not much forgiveness for errant shots in the elevated tees or elevated greens. The course was in spectacular shape which is surprising since it's in the middle... More

We did the hour & fifteen minute drive from Vegas. The course is very well maintained. Greens were tough & slower than one would think. Almost every hole is picture worthy & we took lots of photos. Marshals were out in full force which I like. It has its challenges throughout & I think it's a must play. The price... More

This golf course is a tribute to human ingenuity over common sense. It's just simply surreal to stand on some of the elevated tee boxes and look at the ribbons of green winding through the desert. Yes, they actually built this. And for a little over $100 you can experience it, so just go and do it. It's not pure... More

I've now played here twice, in November 2013 and February 2015. This is one of the most fun, tough, but ultimately fair courses I have ever played and well-worth the drive to Mesquite even if you're staying in Vegas. One of the people in my group described Wolf Creek as a golf course designed by a designer on acid. And... More

You have to see this course to believe it. Holes are nestled among steep canyons. The cart paths between holes are so steep and curvy that you have to sign a waiver to drive a cart here. The course is beautifully maintained and the staff is really friendly. The different tees are suggested by handicap, not age and gender. You... More
