We went to MGM to watch the David Copperfield show (which WAS AMAZING I hasten to add) - The MGM itself really needs a facelift. I ordered a small glass of red wine in the foyer bar and it was $14 for a small glass....NOT HAPPY. It's just house wine! The Casino floor is large though but they have got... More

We were here in 2000 and everything appears to be kept up with the neighboring casinos. This is another very large resort with 3000+/- rooms and a huge casino. There is a lot to do besides gambling. They have lots of stores and great shows. MGM owns over 8 casinos on the strip (Bellagio, Aria, Vdara, Mandalay Bay, The Mirage,... More

Just went to the arena for a Lakers/Kings pre-season basket ball game. Awesome venue, not a bad seat in the house. If you get a chance to go to something here I recommend it.

This was a very nice concert area in the bowels of the MGM Grand. The venue is not so big that the concert does not feel intimate, and there are plenty of bars and food outlets in the venue. Just a few words of wisdom- we went early to grab a bite to eat at MGM before the concert. This... More

Watched a concert at the MGM Grand Arena; and I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. A bit of a pain getting in and out when there is a crowd.

Seats all OK. I would like to see some change in allowing people to wear large hats that blink and block the person behind them view. I was unable to see anything with the person in front of wearing a big blinking hat. I asked nicely if she would take it off, but she refused. Also, over priced water. $5... More

We've been here several times for the ACMA's. It's nothing special. Standard arena seating. You don't want to sit in the nose bleed stands! Seats are tight and the floor is concrete.

Good venue, really pretty large, but not any poor seats. Sound was very good and there were enough large screens so you felt close to the stage. Here's a hard thing about concerts, the best sound is towards the back and mid tier. So if you go for good sound, you are a long ways from the stage. MGM provides... More
