I'm not a manilow fan but went to see him with a friend and loved it! We ran into some dedicated fans beforehand who said he'd just had hip surgery weeks earlier and yet he still got up there like a true professional. The glow sticks were great, the atmosphere was great and Barry was fantastic. Would definitely recommend seeing... more

We just returned from a whirlwind trip to Denver, San Diego, and Las Vegas, ending up at the Las Vegas Hilton the last night to see Barry's Ultimate Hits show. What a disappointment! Not that Barry wasn't great as usual, he looked and sounded wonderful (I've always had a crush on him!)....but it didn't start until 8:15 and we were... more

The show is called Ultimate Manilow-The Hits. Please be aware that nearly 1/2 the show is music from his Mayflower album. I don't know about you, but I'm not aware of any hits from that album. For the prices that you will pay to attend the show, you better really like that album. If I had known this before I... more

Barry Manilow has an outstanding voice and it has remained great throughout his carreer. It is nice to hear a performer sing on key and enjoy his work. Since he has numerous hits, we expected a variety of old with new songs. Unfortunately, the night we saw his show he was getting over laryngitis again. Because of this, his backup... more

Barry Manilow show was fabulous! Yeah the glow stick was corny, but it's a lot safer than holding up a lighter! The show was about 1 1/2 hours and he sang the best of his hits. Of course, the encore was copa-cabana! And what a great way to end the show! Barry's voice is still beautiful, the notes were dead... more

Perhaps I was expecting too much having seen the 'Music and Passion' DVD, which lasts for about two hours, but the performance was over and done with in about 1 hour 20 minutes. I suppose that's Vegas for you, they want you back on those slots before you get too tired. Barry sang very well, despite an obviously dry throat,... more

Way back when....at 4 years old...no one has the same name as you...correct?? I believed in my heart as a little girl, Barry wrote the song Mandy just for me...well, until I went to school and 2 other Mandy's thought the same thing....broken heart at the age of 5. *sigh* Got to finally, at age 40 see his show....nearly cried... more

I've seen the show three times in Vegas and it is terrific. He plays a lot of his hits, some new songs, doesn’t take himself too seriously, and seems to be having a good time. Each show was quite different in song selection, with a few hits never changing. His voice is still solid and he connects well with audience.... more

Barry was good! It was an enjoyable concert and we had good seats in row E on the right aisle. Barry came over to sing on this side a lot and we were only about 10 feet away from him. He did some great songs, although I would have liked to hear some other things other the the40's, 50's 60's,... more

This review is only for Barry Manilow at the Hilton. The seats "on the stage" are not on the stage. They are raised and way off to the sides. They should be the cheap seats! They came with complimentary champagne and you could keep the glass. Whoopee. Not worth the price. AND if you buy the tickets thru his website... more
