Skip Parasol Up and head downstairs to the outdoor seating for Parasol Down. If you are there early enough, you can grab a seat with heaters overhead. If not, bring a coat, order a drink, and sit back to watch one of the many technically amazing mini shows displayed every 30 minutes. more
