Our trip was operated by AIRBRIGHT TOURS. The bus and driver,"Mike" were nice, the seats were a bit tiny but overall nice. So after they trick you into coming on a motorcoach to the holding facility at 5:30am, they try to upsell you to a more expensive trip. We went on the "Death Valley / Scotty's Castle" tour. Pros: Sites are incredible and are a must see if in the Las Vegas area. They cancelled our tour in October 2007, the day before we were scheduled to go and would only rebook us if we paid more money. They are not accomodating at all eventhough they are the ones that cancelled us and the reason they gave is that they overbooked the tour and they have the right to cancel at any time.... more
