It's a long day trip - hotel pick up from Las Vegas at 6.15am - but worth it just for the views of the Grand Canyon. Fantastic views of the Canyon from all the points on the Reserve and a good amount of time to spend looking round. Some good food options available although they all get quite busy after... More

Viator booked us the Gray Line Bus Tour to The Grand Canyon. The team that meets you want to appear peppy to cheer the group , but their responses are very rehearsed. You can easily tell they just want to finish their job and get you packing. We went in the bus of TONY. An honest driver. He must have... More

While traveling to Vegas on business I decided to have some fun and fulfill my life long dream of seeing the 'Grand Canyon'! Although there were several advertised Grand Canyon (G.C.) tours that were a few dollars cheaper, to assure my safety I opted to follow the recommendation of my concierge and purchased the GRAY LINE LAS VEGAS Grand Canyon... All started well, pick up on time from hotel and at the correct place, but shortly started going down hill! We get to the grayline check in centre were we are bundeled into a room where they try and flog you a load of REALLY expensive upgrades, then you move on to the coach, we ended up on a hire... More

If you are unable to rent a car and go by yourself this is the second best option (regarding the lack of money) to see the grand canyon once you are in Vegas. Be prepared because, as the website indicates, the tour takes more then 14 hours (they pick you up at the hotel around 6 am and drop-off around... More

Great tour! We had Ryan as our tour guide with his Sinatra voice he told us stories of Las Vegas that brought us back in time.. The short stop to Hoover Dam was amazing. The view unbelievable.. All I can say is wow! And of course the Grand Canyon breathtaking!!! Everybody should the try the Skywalk. It can be scary... More

Took the Grand Canyon West Rim motor coach tour, with a stop at Hoover Dam. Then upgraded my experience with a helicopter ride 4000 ft to the bottom of the canyon, and a pontoon ride up the Colorado River. FANTASTIC! The tour bus driver, Ryan, was wonderful and informative about all the attractions. I love his voice, great narrations. I... More

Dear Clara246, Thank you very much for the kind words you had to say about both our tour and our driver/guide Ryan. At Gray Line Las Vegas we like to think that the optional helicopter and boat ride really makes for an outstanding day, but helicopters aren't every one's cup of tea. I'm thrilled you enjoyed that aspect of your... More

Hello Balachandran N, Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review about your recent Gray Line excursion to the Grand Canyon. It is the busy season for Grand Canyon tours and its nice to know that even though we send upwards of 1000 people a day on tours, that even though we are busy we are... More

We booked this thinking it sounded like a great addition to our Vegas trip, it was not. The 3-hour free time at the canyon was actually two short 45-minute stops. Our tour guide said many offensives things regarding the ethnicity of people on the bus and in the state of AZ. She left behind 4 travelers at one point because... More

Dear AshleyBashley23, Thank you for reviewing your recent tour experience to the Grand Canyon South Rim. We are very sorry that you did not enjoy the trip more and we find your comments regarding the driver to be quite distressing. Last minute Plan B when we were unable to secure a rental car on the Las Vegas strip for a half-day trip to Hoover Dam. Prompt pick-up at our hotel, followed by an unadvertised stop at the Blue Line depot, where we were given a soft sell up-sell for helicopter tour and other add-ons. An hour and twenty minutes later,... More

Dear Scholar_the_Owl, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent "Gray Line" tour to the mighty Hoover Dam. We are happy that you enjoyed the tour and found it an economical alternative to a car rental. Regarding your comment about the tours inside the dam, the US Department of the Interior does not allow private... More
