While vacationing in Vegas, Gray Line gave us the opportunity to see the Grand Canyon. I was very pleased with the organization of Gray Line. They pick you up directly from your hotel, provide a comfortable trip to the Canyon with opportunities to upgrade your tour, provide lunch, and then drop you back off at your hotel at the end... The bus was a little late picking us up from our stop. The driver of the van was pretty funny and informative as well. After getting our tickets and getting on the bus we didn't leave for at least thirty minutes waiting on them to try to get the count correct. The bus was clean and very comfortable AC worked... More

Having booked to do the Hoover Dam visit andHelicopter flight/ boat cruise as well as lunch and a trip to Eagle Point at Grand Canyon with Gray Line busses on the 15th August we were highly disappointed with the delays with the Helicopters, 45 minutes in a queue to get weighed and given a time, told to take a seat... Canyon is fab! Bus not fab - unless you are sat in the first few rows of seats, you will have NO AIR CONDITIONING! For 8 hours of your day in Nevada/Arizona/Utah summer weather is extremely unpleasant, and dangerous for the infirm! Driver asked a couple of time, unprompted, if the 'air' was ok at the back of the bus.... More

Very nice day trip from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon via the Hoover Dam. Just right amount of time at each sight and significant stops each way for snacks and rest room break. Great Bus Driver, Thomas!

Our bus driver, Ken, was very polite, informative, and a great guide. The tour was from Las Vegas to the Hoover Dam and the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. It was a very long day but Ken kept us informed about our location at all times and alerted to potential photo opts along the way. He kept us apprised... More

The trip from Las Vegas was fine, however the return trip was an absolute nightmare. The bus driver told us to be back at the bus by 3:15 and would leave without us at 3:30 if we were not there in time. We waited a total of 3 hours to finish the helicopter tour and had to miss our scheduled... More

This was my third time going on the Dam Tour with Gray Lines but a first for my mom so this time I added the Lake Mead cruise. What can I say, we had a great time. Our driver Darrel was pleasant, courteous and professional. The last time I took the tour back in 2011 our driver did all of... More

This was a looong day of travelling and probably not long enough. The bus was maybe 30mins late picking us up from the hotel- wife is not a morning person so she would have liked the 30mins in bed! We were dropped at the depo to pay for our tours and loaded onto another bus. The bus driver was very... More

We joined gray line for the grand canyon day trip. It was a great fun. I really appreciated the excellent service quality of our tour guide (cum bus driver), Thomas, for his professionalism. However, the time spent in grand canyon was not enough, maybe we should join two-day tour instead in the future.
