LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! If you want a old school vegas vibe with friendly staff and great big drinks, then this is the place to be! My husband and I went there on 9/3/09 and had a blast! We ordered the mysterious Scorpion $18, don't remember what was in it but it was fruity, big and I do remember... more

I was super excited to finally go to the Peppermill. It was on my "to see" list for years. We finally made it there and we had the worst night ever. I am always seeking the "old Vegas" vibe and I thought I finally found it. It's very dark and there's a big firepit and there's tons of plastic flowers... more

Ok.....heres the deal. My wife(35) and I(32) were here on business. After 4 days of being in Vegas and feeling like we in the constant "rat race" we desired a calming palce to unwind. WOW did we find it. This place is the ultra lounge....old school, sexy/classy servers and decent pricing. We found that the drinks were in line with... more

I'll start by saying that many of the bad reviews on this page are from people who visited the Peppermill Inn, which is a diner located in the same building to the right of the entryway. It's a great diner, but would dissapoint if you were looking for the "fireside lounge" experience. While the diner has lots of atmosphere for... more

If you are looking for the Vegas that was, here it is. So ridiculous and so fun. My friends bravely trusted my research and followed me up the strip to this beautiful example of lounging at its best. The drinks are over the top complete with big fruit garnishes and little umbrellas. My friend from Canada even found a Cesar... more

This place is amazing. It was like being transported back to the Las Vegas of the 70s. Cheap drinks, a great happy hour (1/2 off appetizers, well drinks, wines and domestics), and unbeatable atmosphere. My only complaint is that I left a shopping bag of souvenirs at the table, and it was gone when I came back just a few... more

Well lets see where to start.... this place is even more cool than in the photos, after we ate in the resturaunt, we proceeded to go into the fireside lounge, our gruop was 6, the seats inside the pit were taken, but we sat right infront of it. Sarah was a waitress in her long black gown, had patience with... more

I have always wanted to visit this lounge, but finally made it down to this end of the strip. It was such an easy commute on the Deuce bus, I feel silly for never venturing before! We were really missing out spending out nights at clubs with $25.00 cover charges and overpriced drinks. This place was heaven for us, a... more

This was my favorite stop in Vegas. It was a great place to stop in for a couple of drinks after midnight and share some appetizers by the fire. I loved how old-school it was. You have to try the Scorpion drink. It is worth the $18 you pay for it. more
