I get a lot of massages from FS resorts so the overall experience is usually very good. It's nice to have a discount or a discount on spa bundles which this resort does from time to time. I asked to have my massage supersized with a prorated discount and the receptionist couldn't go off of her sheet. This is amusing... More

Went to spa at Four Seasons Las Vegas with a discount voucher for massage, facial and glass of bubbly (retail value $374). Very nice staff but no tour around locker room/facilities. Given locker key and shown to the general area. Only a steam room. No jacuzzi, sauna, fancy showers or anything one would expect at a luxury spa. Only snacks... More

I wish I had taken the time to write this review immediately after the couples massage I had with my wife. Sadly I did not and now have forgotten the names of the lovely ladies who did our treatment as well as the spa coordinator. The short and sweet of it is I'm a big guy over 6'2" and love... More

My only motivation for going to this spa was because a colleague of mine who was staying at the Four Seasons, had a complimentary $100 toward any spa service, which she gave to me - I was at the Cosmo (which was great!). I was extremely surprised at how small the spa was with zero amenities. No reason to get... More

Staying at the Four Seasons was the reason for the spa visit. This spa is not on par with Canyon Ranch as far as amenities, food and beverage options, lounging are or things to do while at the spa. I arrived 30 minutes early and asked if I could have a glass of champagne while waiting, no I couldn't because... More

We are sorry to hear that the amenities at The Spa did not meet your expectations. However, we are happy your facial was excellent and that Shelly provided superior customer service. We very much appreciate your feedback and thank you for taking the time to write a review. More

This is a joint review for the spa and gym. The gym is very clean with house staff making sure there are always fresh towels on the machines, full supply of lemon water or Gatorade, keeping things orderly. It's bright & airy in the space allotted. There are 8 treadmills, which were all in use when I first arrived, as... More

The spa and the staff will blow your mind. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to enjoy the steam room. And if you're getting a massage, go ahead and splurge for the 80 min. It's worth it although you might not worth much (physically) when it's over. My body turned to jelly! But it was so good.

Compared to other Vegas spa the facilities are small and basic. The treatment menu was not very varied
