We attended the GREAT show by Penn and Teller at the RIo and decided to do some gambling in the adjoining casino. It is a relatively high class place by Vegas standards, and the deli there has good, inexpensive food. More

We didn't stay here this trip to Vegas, but were taken here by our cousins. It is so much nicer than some of the well known named hotels on the strip. The dealers here at the Rio are not afraid to chat and be friendly while they are shuffling etc. We found that so much more welcoming. We drove here... More

Went to club Crown at the Rio hotel and casino in Las Vegas this past Thursday people were buying tables and bottles just to have the club close before one am! Very disappointed. Hopefully they will advertise more since this was the first Thur nite opening! More

Rio may not be our favorite hotel/casino in Las Vegas but we've certainly stayed there more than any one place. In August I noticed a lot of damaged hall lamps on our floor. Now, in October on a different floor, the same was observed. Housekeeping staff said that it's like that on all the floors. It looks like some drunken... More

First, let me say I am here on business. Second, let me say that the last time I was here I stayed at the Cesear Palace. Ok, @ the Rio you pay for the gym( per day), you pay for the pool, you pay for internet! When you accept that and go to the gym they do not supply bottled... More

We usually stay at the Rio and were hoping we hadn't made a mistake in not doing so this trip. Boy were we relieved when we visited there. The Rio is undergoing renovations and there were large areas on the casino floor with no slot machines or slot machines that were not in working order. They also have a new... More

This is an interesting casino to experience. There is a Mardi Gras parade around the casino OVERHEAD. Tracks in the ceiling take the floats around the entire casino several times each night. You have to experience it. More
