When we got to the Rio we were offer an upgrade to a suite with a spa tub. What a great room! Not only did it have a Jacuzzi tub, but it also had two queen beds, a full living room and dinning rooms along with a second bathroom, 3 TV's and a wet bar and mini frige. It had... More

I am Asian and went over to Rio to watch the Chippendales show with another 2 Asian friends. At the end of the show everyone whipped up their cameras and started recording so we followed too. But this moronic guard (who is very likely from the Philippines) told us to leave as recording is prohibited. We asked him well how... More

We were leaving downtown and decided to see how the Rio looked and wanted to eat something before leaving Vegas. We stayed here a lot. This place is so run down. Odor everywhere. The place is just nasty. We decided on just to get a Wetzel pretzel and hot dog. Nasty they were cold and old and we were going... More

The Casino is spread out very nicely so it doesn't feel that crowded. Lots of tables and slots. The area by the seafood buffet is less treaded and has more of the penny slots. The BK Broiler on the upper terrace is a good economic alternative to the breakfasts at Starbucks. We dropped some cash here but didn't bring Lady... More

i can remember when the rio was the upscale place to be. now it feels rundown and a little old with not much to do but gamble. its still worth it though because of the pools and the slimmed down price

We booked our room for the weekday and was surprised that it was just 40 usd per night. Upon check in there was an additional resort fee of usd 25 per night , which meant free use of in room internet (super slow) , the pool ( nice to look at from the room 11 floors up but was crowded... More

I got a rate of 109.00 when booked I was not told about the resort fee which is really no big deal but it is when your rate goes from $109 to 159 and then they charge your card $250.! again I wouldn't mind paying a resort fee but this is not a resort at all. The elevator didn't work,... More
