Two of us went to see Illusions at Starlite Theatre at the Riviera. We were pushing it to get around at this stage, trying to do too many things at once. The Starlite Theatre is relatively small and it was full on the night that we were there. The illusions were good, and the show was pretty damned fine. You... More

After seeing Chris Angel a while back, I wasn't willing to waste my time again in another "Magic Show" filled up with everything, but magic.... Jan's show caught my attention from the beginning.... I left the show still puzzled by some acts. I have no idea how it was done, but he worked hard, as an entertainer, during the whole... More

I We went a couple of years ago to Chris Angel. What a disappointment! We decided to try another show. And used a coupon that was Givin to us at check in. At the Rivera . The show was genuine. .The only disappointed was the out dated theater. And seating. If Jan had a better theater. .I'm sure people would... More

what else can I say, for the $$$$ paid this was a rip off, staying 12 nights in Vegas, having paid 6.5kGBP for these 12 nights, shows, flights, I don't mind paying for quality. This as a joke. The venue is old, the seating unacceptable, and then they screwed the act up. It should have been refunded - don't waste... More

The show was good, but having seen Copperfield, I would have chose him.I did not think any of his stunts were 'new' and mind blowing. He does work hard to entertain, but I left thinking just.. so so.. The theatere is one of the worst.. No assigned seating and guests are seated much to close together in hard chairs with... More

Well, actually we wanted to see David Copperfield that night but the shows were sold out so we decided to go to Jan Rouven's show Illusions. We were very surprised about the great show he did. It's really worth to recommend it to otheres!

Illusions are really good. Jan is very entertaining and he makes sure his audience is actively involved in the show. Here is the secret: if you buy cheap tickets (in the very back rows) - better watch the show on YouTube, otherwise you will be writing negative opinion on TA focusing on the venue rather than the show... Sitting in... More

My hubby and I saw this show in the fall of '12. We enjoyed our time. It didn't blow us away, but it was enjoyable—some elements are better than others, but that's probably true with most magic/illusionist shows. The Riviera is run down, yes, but if you take the time to look at the photos on the wall, you will... More

Jan Rouven is not only a magician. he is an entertainer and an amazing person. He is someone you may have not heard a lot of about as he is originally from germany. i don't know where to begin in telling you that this is a must see show and worth every penny. IT is at the riviera hotel. It... More

This show is great for young and old alike. Good magic, and illusions. Jan meets the audience after the show for autographs and try's to sell his boxed magic tricks. The one bad is the Riviera Hotel is old and outdated. Overall, a good show at a fair price.
