Defending the Caveman is a hilarious look at men and women in relationships. Couples leave the showroom having fallen in love all over again. It's Broadway's longest-running one-person play, and is now Las Vegas' longest-running Broadway play of any kind.

This show was fun for the first fifteen minutes. After that, it was just the same joke over and over in a slightly different format. My wife and I seriously considered leaving after thirty minutes, but we decided to stay until it was finally over to avoid disrupting the show for the rest of the audience.

Definitely best for couples. Lots of laughs but obvious the comic has done this show a zillion times. Fun material but pretty tired performance. Consider dieting the reasonable cost though it's worth going. $35 per ticket got us a tee shirt. Oh- and another thing - this show is in The "D" on Fremont St. Fairly recent renovation. Fun place... While in Vegas we went to a total of 4 shows and an exhibit and this was our least favorite. I wouldn't say that it was bad or terrible, but it wasn't our favorite. It was a man telling a story about the differences between men and women for over an hour. Slightly funny. Starts off with a video for... More

Intimate venue and all seats offer good view of stage. We opted for VIP seating through tickets purchased at Half Price ticket center, but extra cost not worth it. The show is to-the-point funny and may actually help your relationship. If you plan to spend time in Downtown Las Vegas, fit in this show - it's worth it.

This show is so funny. Our friends went to an expensive show down on the strip and we decided to take this one in as we were staying at the D and had 2 free tickets. Laughed our butts off all night. We sent our friends the next night and they said it was way better than the $89 show... More

Funny and "educational".....well worth the cash. There are no bad seats at the venue. Get in line right around the suggested time.

This was a very funny show and worth the trip down to Freemont Street! Parking at the D is a mess, but the Front Desk will validate for four hours if you take them your parking card.

Saw him at the D on Fremont. Great show. Laughed the whole time. The showroom was freezing and they only had 1 bar waitress, but the show itself was great. My sister had seen it before and she loved it the second time highly recommend to anyone going to Vegas not really worth the extra cost for VIP. You get... More

I went here in 2009 and thought it was a blast! Went with some other people who never seen it last week and left feeling a little disappointed. It was the exact same show. Still a little funny, but I think one time seeing this show is enough.

This show is a one person show - a monolog. He has some funny commentary and involves the audience... which of course would create a new show each time he performs it. Who is in the audience with you matters! The show lasts about 1.5 hours. Get your drink at the beginning... if you think you want more than 1,... More
