Okay, operating heavy equipment seems like a guy thing, but I found myself really "diggin it". Mark coached us through basic maneuvers and precision moves with humor and encouraging words. The headsets, where we could talk among the group, were key to a shared experience. Lots of "Oh wow!", "This is so fun!", "I got it!". Now when I see... More

Everyone at Dig This made my experience there one of the best ever! From the very personable owner, Ed Mumm, to the front desk staff and our guide the whole thing was AWESOME! After driving a huge skidsteer, it made me laugh, scream and squeal with delight! It is such an empowering experience that helped my whole stress level go... More

Came here for our 20th anniversary with my 18 year old son and loved every bit of it. There were a few technical difficulties at the beginning with the radio system, but it got resolved relatively quickly. The group of guys they have working here are all great. If you go, be sure to use the Excavator! My son and... More

My husband surprised me with this as a retirement gift. We were visiting Vegas prior to driving to San Diego to visit family. When we pulled into the parking lot I couldn't imagine what we were doing and when told that I would be operating both the bulldozer and excavator (both of which are HUGE !) my initial reaction was... We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday by signing up for the excavators. No worries about the desert heat as the cabs are fully air-conditioned. Walt, our instructor was funny, fun and the perfect instructor - now if only I could learn my left hand from my right hand ! Safety was a major aspect of the experience and we felt... More

Went to dig this and am now a professional grave digger. Mark was awesome save for his self-proclaimed small-dog-like memory. :D definitly would do it again and would reccomend it to everyone.

This experience was a surprise birthday gift from my husband and it was waaayyy fun! The instructors, Dave and Walt, were excellent at explaining how to operate the equipment and were spot on with verbal commands through the headset during the operating experience. I'll definitely be back for another go. And, there is no need for folks with lots of... More
