Recently stayed in one of their standard rooms within the Venetian (not the Palazzo, although friends stayed in that one and the room was exactly the same) and had a very large room that did exactly what was expected. Nice to know you don't get random guests all over your floors as well because there are security guards checking your... more

I had been in the Venetian about 4 years ago but it was a quick run through just to see the gondolas. This time I actually went there to see Wayne Brady but also had a chance to gamble (slots) a little in their casino. The place is absolutely beautiful, however, the smell is overwhelming and overpowering. The perfume (my... more

It's a beautiful casino, but I tend to not do well. It also tends to get very crowded. I stay at the Palazzo so it's very easy for me to go downstairs and play at the Palazzo and Venetian casinos. I prefer the Palazzo casino to the Venetian casino because it's a little less hectic. more

Overwhelming, disgusting, unconscionable odor of bad perfume. I don't know how this could be possible. Maybe they are trying to cover the typical casino smoke smell, or had a fire or something. Needless to say, I ran out. Gross. more

I will get the bad part out of the way first. They really need to do something about the smell that hits you like a ton of bricks right when you walk into the casino. It is very strong and with so many people that complain about this, you think that they could get rid of that pumped-in odor or... more

We have been to Vegas four times in the last 13 months. We have been going yearly for 9 years. We stayed at the Venetian this time and the only thing we really didn't care for was the casino. It is extremely busy, chaotic, and disorganized. The casino is far too small for the size of the resort. The tables... more

Had a Concierge suite, and had a great time. Got lost occasionally. The Valets "lost" my car for an hour. But all well in the end. more

Have just come back from my second trip to Vegas, first time being over two years ago. Stayed in the Venetian the second time round and have to say how disappointed I was by the fallen standards. When I stayed here last in March 2006, I thought this place was fantastic. The service was great, as well as all the... more

We gambled at the Venetian for about an hour before seeing the Phantom there. I lost a little money, but the slots paid out frequently enough that I was entertained for the hour. There are a huge variety of games and gaming options and the staff seemed friendly enough. One thing- this place is really easy to get turned around... more

Every year We go to Las Vegas for Christmas, We decided to switch it up and stay on the strip at the Venetian (We usually stay at The Palms). Wel... NEVER AGAIN! The Casino staff was nowhere to be found, change machines were usually out of order, if you asked directions you got mis-information. We called the main desk on... more
