This was our go to place in Vegas we will miss spending time there with family. It didnt have all the bells and whistles of the newer strip but it was quite and felt like home to us. With it being torn down its the end of an era for the old rat pack casinos. We where never treated with... More

Just noticed this hotel is closed, stayed here in Jan 2015. It was the cheapest hotel in the strip, spacious room, but yeah its very old compared to other casinos/hotels along the strip.

It's redundant probably to write a review on a closed hotel (and I'm so glad it is!) but I still thought I would bc so many things still bother me about when I stayed here last year. The pluses were however: it had a food court, ABC Gift Stores that carried snacks/toiletries, there was a UPS inside, right outside was... More

This was the very first hotel I ever stayed in, in Vegas, n by far the best so far. The place is smaller than most, but accommodations and service have been better than any other. Rooms were clean, close to a lot of other attractions, and other places that are on tv shows. Gambling is of course like any other... More

can't believe it's closed as we had a great week here but everybody is to there own, we stayed in 2008 and had a blast in las vegas and we found nothing wrong with this hotel, room, or staff and the pool area was good too.we will go back to vegas and stay in one of many on the strip,... More

So this is a very late review and I know some will not like it, but the Riviera was a dump. Maybe 20+ years ago it was something fancy to behold, but in the last 10 years I have been back and forth to Vegas, this place was just above Circus Circus on my places to visit. Dirty, run down... More

Thanks for 60 years. This hotel casino is closed. We visited and purchased some great things during the liquidation sale, which is also done. The RIV will be torn down by the end of 2015.

We always had a good time at the Rivera when we stayed there. The live entertainment was always good. The food was great, we would eat there even when we stayed somewhere else

It's new theater is up on the 2nd level inside the Planet Hollywood Casino, across from the Jeff Dunham theater. What a pleasant surprise! I will add this to the list of 'must-see' shows when guests are visiting. The girls were beautiful! Tall, all natural, NO visible tattoos covering their amazing, perfect bodies. The costumes are all new. A couple... More

We made a point to go and take pictures of The Riviera before we left because it was shutting down on May 2nd. They pretty much had everything taken down off of the walls, but we found a bunch of old pictures to take pictures of in the big bosses office, and he let us come in and take photos.... More
