We went to see KA at the MGM, which was the best show ever i might add! Anyways, we got there about 2 hours early to sit and gamble a bit...the customer service was poor, there was no one i could see really working there, sat and played for an hour and still no service from a waitress..not sure if... more

Nice Set- Up, Live Music throughout the casino, not to mention the famous Lions with a tunnel you can walk through to get a better look. Quite a few " serious" gambler tables here-complete with sunglass clad guys who are shuffling their chips. Nice to walk to and see where all the action happens[ since this hotel houses award shows... more

We stayed at MGM Grand Hotel 2 weeks ago, and we spent a lot of time playing in this casino. This was only our 2nd trip to Las Vegas, and we've tried playing in many casinos in other hotels but found MGM Casino a very relaxing place to spend our money and enjoy. Most of their machines are new, and... more

We first were fortunate enough to be invited there to stay after 911, always liked to visit but 'thought' we couldn't afford to stay. We were so wrong... The package is inexpensive when you book early with the airlines (Southwest). The rooms are wonderful, the customer service is wonderful.. Last year we were assigned a Host? Whatever that means? Found... more

I absolutely loved this casino. While I didn't exactly leave with a bigger savins account, the slots and tables did pay out enough to keep me there and entertained for hours on a relatively conservative budget. Even though the casino was huge, I didn't find it overwhelming or confusing at all. The dealers were terrific, even offering gambling tips, and... more

Loved the vastness of the MGM Grand Casino and it's restaurants/cafes. It would be the only reason for me to stay at MGM in the future as the staff (especially front desk) are providing horrible customer service. It's very easy to get lost in the casino, luckily the signage is frequent and well marked, otherwise it would be like being... more

Husband and I stayed at the MGM for three nights and spent a lot of time in the casino, mostly just walking through it to get anywhere. First, like everyone says, this really is a huge casino. It takes a while to get from the lobby/elevator side of it over to the poker room and sports book (where the walkway... more

Just returned after a 3 day stay and the rooms are fantastic. Had a view of a building and roof, but the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Very nice hotel and staff are superb. My only disappointment was there are no longer any comps like in the past. No deck of cards, no lighters, cups, etc., instead you... more

I am not a good walker but thanks to the front desk, we were rewarded with a room close to the elevator. The black and white photos of old 'Hollywood' stars added to the decor of the room. Chech-in was fast and service good. I do agree with another patron that there is no overall theme as in most Vegas... more

Because this casino was the drop-off point of our hotel shuttle, we started and ended most of our days here. We enjoyed everything about the MGM Grand. There was a lion habitat where you could play with a baby lion for $200 (for 2 minutes) if you wanted; and a cute little souvenir shop associated with it. There was a... more
