We didn't stay here (the hotel part doesn't look too appealing) but spent the two and a half hours we had between check out and heading off to the airport playing craps, roulette and slots here. The entrance from the strip is awful, and we almost turned back. Good thing we didn't --This place was a total hoot! It's not... more

My wife and I aren't big gamblers, but we spent 6 hours at a blackjack table with the "dealertainers" at the Imperial Palace. They were great. It make the gambling fun. I guess if you're there to try and will some money, it might be distracting, but we were there to gamble for entertainment, so that made it just that... more

Seeing how the other reviews are based on the rooms/hotel and not the CASINO like it asks, well here's my casino review. I love the IP casino, atmosphere is much funner than other casino's, they have low limit tables ($5) for the average player and you don't have to be a high roller to play there. I really liked the... more

The rooms at Imperial Palace resemble a modest upgrade from a white collar prison. The springs could be felt in the flimsy mattresses- and it didn't help that the bed liner sheet didn't have the elastic corners to stay on the bed. For entertainment, you might try to enjoy the tiny TV in every room (no ESPN). We also had... more

I have to give Harrahs a thumbs down for purchasing this dump. One of the worst places I have ever stayed. It's too congested, takes forever to get an elevator, the rooms seem is though they are filled with vermon. Most of the Harrahs owned casinos are nice but not this one. Best thing they couild do is implode it. more

This hotel will give you a $49 rate most nights, but it is overpriced even at that rate. The casino is old, but is in a convenient spot. It is very smokey and dirty. Furniture is very old and dated, Most of the staff are friendly but not near the calibar at the modern casinos. Check in took @ 1... more

Who would have thought that the Imperial Palace would have a huge indoor car museum? This a a great attraction for the car lover...or anyone that wants a very inexpensive hour or two of entertainment and exercise. We were offered free tickets to the car museum so even better.. There are several cars to look at...and almost all of them... more

The Imperial Palace is in a great location right in the middle of the strip and that's probably why the casino is normally so busy despite it's inconvenient entrance. The front doors are set back off of the strip and it's a little confusing if you've never been there before. Once inside, the casino is fairly spacious with plenty of... more

We had a pleasant room at the Flamingo; however, next time we will stay at the IP because we loved the casino!!!! We played 3 card poker, let it ride, crazy 4 card poker, blackjack, as well as slots and video poker. The dealers we awesome, particularly IdaMae and Ron! The tables allowed for a fun, party-type atmosphere and the... more

The "Dealertainers" were great!! Blackjack dealers dressed as various celebrities get up on a tiny stage in the casino and perform periodically. It was so much fun!! One of the few places on the Strip that had $5 craps tables. We stayed at Caesar's, but played at IP!!! more
