The casino is located in downtown Las Vegas on Fremont street. Small casino, but the ambience is great and the min bets are lower than on the Strip. It's great to combine it with a visit to Fremont street in the evening where there's a lot of street activity.

The biggest problem our group had was that they sat down and filled a $15 min blackjack table and it took nearly an hour to get a drink. That's no way to keep players, and they all left angry at the whole poorly serviced incident. The dancers who are also possibly dealers not dealing at the moment (as they were... More

1 night I did buy a drink on the outside bar on fremont. It was a great drink. Another day, I thought I would go in an explore, it smelled bad. Real bad in the casino floor. It was awful we walked out.

I consider this a heroic effort to breathe new life into an old Vegas hotel. It's one of the last holdouts (until Feb. 1) against the odious "resort fee". The price quoted was the price I paid. Parking was free for hotel guests, as was wifi. The room was spotlessly clean, crisp sheets, new decor. Sure, it's a little noisy... More

Great experience in Las Vegas for 35$ a night! Fremont is the place to stay 4 casinos in a single strip of the street! Great food deals, party atmosphere! Great sports book too! Fabulous place that I stayed when I went to watch the mayweather vs maidana fight! Would recommend and stay again!

This was our 5th Vegas trip but first time staying Downtown. We may never stay on the strip again! We had played in the casino at the D before and decided to give the hotel a try this trip. Our premium corner king room on the 27th floor was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy. I would... More

Nice size rooms but noisy and even non smoking rooms have cigarette smell. Staff tends to be rude and hey act like they don't really care about you once your check in.

It's unfortunate that you found our staff to be unfriendly. It's our priority to offer excellent customer service and it's disappointing to hear this was not the case. We appreciate the feedback and will be working to ensure future guests do not share the same sentiment. Thank you for the review. More

The D’s is nice remodeled old downtown hotel. The rooms were normal sized with a nice bathroom. The bed were very comfy and a nice TV. Annoyed by the “resort” fee since this is not a resort at all. I’m not sure what the $15 got me. My biggest complaint is our room faced the Fremont Street Stage and a... More

Thank you for sharing your concern regarding the music level from the 3rd Street Stage. If the music is too loud for some guests, we are always happy to move them to a room on the other side of the hotel, away from the music, per availability. The resort fee includes WiFi, local & toll-free calls, parking and $10 off... More

We are in Vegas 3-4 mo per year and always enjoy going to the D to gamble, see a show, or to kick back and watch a Football game. Was great to see the Casino owner walk around and say hi during the Lions game. Class act & friendly!

Can sit at this nickel progressive for hours, have a blast and stay within my budget. The vintage slots at The D is the major reason we come to Las Vegas.
