Love this course - actually 3 courses. Very challenging, but not unplayable for a 17 handicapper! About 45 minutes off the Strip, but worth the drive.

This course was unbelievable. From the shop, the service and the quality of the course and greens. This is a must visit for any golfer while in Vegas.

Three Pete Dye courses to die for, each with its own character, each in absolutely outstanding condition from tee to green. It's easy to get to - jump on I-15 North from the strip, take the exit for 95 North, and travel about 25 minutes to the Snow Mountain exit. It is so worth the drive. The setting in the... More

All three courses here are fun and interesting and rather a challenge. All are also in perfect condition, with Sun and Snow Mountain courses playing in very good time. Greens fees are lower than in the city or Summerlin and there is much less attitude. Just a very enjoyable round of golf.

Played the Wolf the first week of June. Course was in excellent condition. Pro shop staff and the bag guys were pleasant and helpful as always. If you only have time to play one round when you're in town, I truly recommend playing this course. All three courses are very good, but the Wolf is the cream of the crop.... More

The only problem was that we were called to the tee a lot earlier than our tee time to join in with a couple of others to make a foursome, so we were a bit rushed in our warm ups and were told we would be playing as a twosome when we checked in (it was not busy either) so... More

Played the sun mountain course - as good a course as you'll play. Thoroughly enjoyable with a course in superb condition. All 3 courses seemed to be perfectly maintained which is a testament to the course staff. Not one house borders the course and provided the ideal desert golf experience. Challenging holes where any stray shots are punished. Greens ran... More

I found a great deal through the clubs website 36 holes plus hire clubs for under $200. Admittedly its a hike to get there from the strip but we'll worth it. Played the Wolf first and followed with the Sun course. Immaculate condition, friendly staff, outstanding practice facilities and the hire clubs were brand new Taylormade's. Would thoroughly recommend.

The Paiute golf resort features three 18-hole courses--Snow, Sun, and Wolf (in order of their construction from oldest to newest). All courses are maintained in immaculate condition. Have played all three courses. All of the three have multiple tees that allow golfers of different ages and skills to choose the degree of challenge. The back tees are challenging, indeed. Holes... This course has three courses. I played the wolf course. Great desert layout in great shape as of 5/15. Long taxi from strip. So it's worthwhile to rent a car but it's an easy 40 minute drive from the strip. Definitely worth playing.
