We played 36 holes on a package that included lunch. The course was very nice. The lunch was very good including the service. The golf course staff was very friendly and helpful. The Wolf course was very nice and the greens were exceptional. This was a highlight of a golf trip that included several venues.

Played the Snow course and absolutely loved the Pete Dye design. Very challenging if you go aggressive. As other reviewers have said, this place is out in the middle of nowhere. And that is not a bad thing. It is very quiet and peaceful, albeit a bit breezy at times. The only issue with the course is pace of play.... More

Paiute is probably a 40-minute drive from The Strip (depending, of course, on the often terrible traffic). But if it's golf you are after, Paiute is a pretty good choice. There are three, top-caliber Pete Dye courses that, in spite of Mr. Dye's reputation, are fair courses for average golfers. There are two practice ranges, locker rooms, and a restaurant... More

My wife and I played the wolf course and it was incredible. The service in the pro shop and restaurant were excellent before our round started. Range is in great shape. Everyone we encountered over the 5 hour experience provided over the top service. It also helps that the course is sick!!! What a beauty, greens are pure, not a... More

Our second trip over the last 4 years... both in March. Both in great weather... 80 degrees with a lovely desert breeze. The courses are not so hard that you leave frustrated... but enough challenge to keep you coming back. Also only a half hour drive out of Vegas. We played Sun Mountain this time ... lots of water... and... More

We played the Wolf course and it was spectacular! Greens are lush, it's all so well maintained. We rented clubs and they were top notch. The scenery is breath taking. The service was superb. We went with friends that live in Nevada which is a nice perk as their guest discount was huge compared to a visitors cost.

The courses are something to behold. We played The Wolf course and the fairways and greens were in pristine shape the day we golfed. Prepare yourself for changeling holes with sloping fairways. The course is long but beautiful. We thought the starter was great as was the attendants that handled our bags. One downside was the long drive from Vegas... More

Myself and 3 work friends played Wolf. I was here 3 years ago with another work group playing Snow Mountain and wanted to try the more challenging course that Paiute is famous for. It's about an $80 cab ride from the Strip, hiring (good) clubs costs, $45 ($60 with balls) so you should take this into account when comparing prices... More

Played the Wolf and Snow courses and had a great time. The staff is excellent from bag drop to pro-shop to course marshals and restaurant staff. We were fortunate to play on 2 days with little wind. The courses were in great shape, very fast greens that tended to not hold shots (greens a little too hard?). The Wolf course... More

Played here on a 36-hole deal from GolfNow. Played the Snow course in the morning and the Wolf course in the afternoon. The two courses I saw were spectacular but also fair. And great value at what averaged out at 60 bucks a round. Service is top notch and the pro shop is well-stocked. The six pack of light beer... More
