My tour was not an exciting tour, the whole bus was quite and yawning. The guide was very rude, how can give us a tour when your back is to your guest. The driver made a great effort to show us the valcano, in spite of it being very boring tour. I'm not even sure of his name as he... More

Picked up on time at hotel and taken to transfer hotel. We could have walked that distance if we had known so check on the actual departure site. We did the night tour of Las Vegas Blvd. The guide was awesome and the driver an expert. They timed our tour to see the Bellagio fountains and the Mirage volcano. Great... More

I booked las vegas see it all tour which according to their website would start at 6am and end in the evening. We were up early and ready to go and waited for them to pick us up at the hotel pickup location. They never showed and I called them only to be told that the company discontinued the tour... More

The wife and I booked the LV See the Lights tour through Vacations made easy two months in advance. We followed the instructions for pick up exactly but no tour bus or shuttle ever arrived. We went as far to ask just inside of Bally's if this was the right spot for pick up and was told yes. There was... More

We chose a night tour to see the best of the Strip as well as the Freemont St. experience. We started out getting a late start (through no fault of the tour company or attendees). The Belagio fountains stop was one of the anticipated highlights advertised, and we were disappointed to cruise on by. Our guide didn't even mention it... More

Would not recommend this company for tours, sold this Grand Canyon tour like it was a great tour, tour was to include Hoover dam, 4 hours at canyon, lunch stop, starting at 6.30am from hotel. Good start to our day bus was late by about 45 mins... Got on the bus and the lady driver shouted hurry up, considering we... More

This tour will show you the most interesting spots in Vegas. Since me and my husband did not have a car, this was a great way to see a large chunk of Vegas in a short time. It also gave us an idea of places we would want to return to on our own. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable... More

We actually went on two tours while in Vegas from 9/24 through 9/28. The first one was the Vegas Night Lights Tour. It was a great tour, full of history about Vegas, the casinos, the Mob and lots of other things. We had a great time! Our guide Renee, was funny, knowledgeable and truly a lot of fun. The second... We've been on several organized tours, but none were as unprofessional nor a guide so rude as on the tour we took last evening. The bus did not have a visible sign identifying itself and the air conditioning system was extremely LOUD! The guide ( I cannot give his name because he never introduced himself) was demeaning when asked questions,... More

I have never experienced this amount of unprofessional behavior and rudeness as I have now experienced while dealing with OnBoard Tours. I contacted the reservation line to reserve my group’s spot last Friday (August 21st). The customer service agent was less than friendly and informed me that I could not schedule a reservation for that evening because I was using... More
