Our day trip was awesome. Bus we went out on was nice and air conditioned. Our tour guide, Chuck, was great. Very knowledgable and great fun. He was already there waiting for us when we down to the pick up point. Red Rock Canyon was breathtaking. So glad we went on this tour and will definitely use this company again.

Had an amazing tour of Hoover dam with Owen he gave us some great information about the dam and the people who helped to build it. He took us for our trip on lake mead where we had lunch provided. It was an amazing day thankyou. Pauline&Dennis Smith England

This was a waste of money, far tooexpensive and a tour guide called Owen who was a pain in the preverbial!! The gourment lunch was a sad sandwhich and a packet of crisps and teh bus had no toilet and ineffective air conditioning.....the most passionate part of Owens Tours was his pleading for a 10% tip based on the $130... Our tour guide was Owen and he was funny, friendly, easy going! Most def made our day! Hoover Dam was so nice, but didn't like the explanation of everything from their employees bc it cut into our sight seeing time! Lake Mead cruise was absolutely stunning! Loved it! Lunch provided then went to Ethel M's chocolate factory for some desserts!... More

My mom and I did the tour of Hoover dam with our driver Leo v and he was amazing. He added fun and knowledge to the trip. He made the trip far better than it would have been other wise. Great guy great tour I highly recommend it.

First the good - an early start is ideal for getting a jump on the crowds (more on that later in this review.) The bus is air conditioned and pretty comfortable with a bathroom. Lunch is provided, it's not the greatest but you can't please everybody and besides if you're looking for a culinary delight go to some swanky restaurant... More

We were quite disappointed we could not go down and see the workings of the Hoover Dam because of a broken elevator. Our tour guide , Merel, was fabulous out there and back with a lot of history on Las Vegas. When we left the Dam we went on a cruise of Lake Mead. It was wonderful. When we got... More

A give this a rating of 2. A 5 for the Hualapai Indians and the Canyon itself. The tour company gets a rating of zero. I recommend a tour to the Canyon for everyone. However, not with a Casino Travel & Tours. The Bus - this was a 52 passenger luxury coach. Poor suspension made for a very bumpy ride... More

Nice tour of desert area just outside of Las Vegas led by our flexible, respectful, knowledgable and pleasant guide, Mark. The day was beautiful and because of the elevation, the tour was quite comfortable. The first stop is the visitor center and it is worthwhile giving tourists an overview of the area. There is a conservation area displaying the endangered... More

Great tour and the best part was our guide, Miller! What a personality. You just had to enjoy your time with Miller as the guide. We were picked up a few minutes early by shuttle and transferred to the Excalibur where the bus was waiting. Sign in was so quick and efficient. Miller was very welcoming. The Hoover Dam tour...
