We went there this past week as we were staying at the Plaza Hotel right at the end of Fremont Street. The Four Queens casino is located right in the middle of Fremont Street with tons of entertainment all around. The casino floor itself though is obviously outdated and extremely smoky. My clothes wreaked for the rest of the night... More

Smoky old casino but has fair slots! Lots of locals go here. Good location with proximity to indoor fun activities close by-live music, zip line, souvenir shops, etc., but otherwise would not recommend.

Thick, choking smoke and the stench of old beer. If that's what you like you'll be right at home here. This place is in need of serious updating and cleaning. The vp machines were filthy with ashes, old beer bottles and drink glasses. We walked out without playing.

The 4 Queens is wonderful. You have to spend money to get a "Complimentary". A lot of 100.173% VP machines. Robert N.

This casino defiantly has that old Vegas charm. Its flashy and what Vegas looked like in the movies. The problem for me was the smoke and the loud music. I couldn't wait to leave. It was not my cup of tea.

We stayed at the Four Queens during the week of St. Patricks day. We usually end our night of Fremont St so we thought why not stay down there for once. We got a great rate at the Four Queens and being one of the few with no resort fee made it that much better. The room was they deluxe... More

The front desk staff, bellhops, most casino floor workers and staff at Magnolia's restaurant were quite cordial and accommodating during my stay. The downsides were some staff personnel at the Royal Club and the fact that one cannot find a soda machine and ice machine on the same floor. If I were the GM, I'd call my vendors in and... More

This is a cool casino for that old vegas charm. But it is very smokey! The floor layout is tight. Hard to find restrooms worth walking through and checking out not a smoker so that's a turn off.

This is our typical spot to walk to from the Nugget. Good gambling and a "safe" feel compared to the other downtown spots. Service has always been good here. Unfortunately they got rid of a lot of their nickel video poker machines.

We stayed at Caesars and a friend advised us to try a couple of casinos in the old town, off the strip. Four Queens was brilliant, MUCH more friendly than Caesars, Bellagio and others on the strip. No stinting on drinks when you're playing, the croupiers and pit managers are friendlier and the whole ambiance is far more down to... More
