Not only is the shopping great, with a lot of options (not just high end), but the atmosphere is soothing and beautiful.

The Grand Canal Shoppes offer something for everyone. There are great places to eat and many varieties of shops. The walk is pleasant and beautiful with bridges, and bright open shops . There are often free concerts near the gondola docks. Taking a ride in a gondola is a most enjoyable experience. There was really no down side to this... More

An upscale shopping plaza that is something to see. The ceiling has been painted to appear as though it is dusk in Venice and it even has a cheesy gondola ride complete with singing. Having been to Venice, I can tell you that at least this one is not polluted and smelly and I cannot afford either ride. Here you... More

Lovely place to wander through on a slow pace shopping trip, very pretty and good selection of shops. Not for jo blogs though, more higher end shops but it is the Venetian after all!

If I was a millionaire, I might consider buying something from these shops. Also, catered mostly to women.

How fantastic, we walked around the Venetian ground level fascinated at everything we saw, the Gondolas, bridges, statues and the general layout of the place, it wasn't until we were told to take the escalator up to the next level that we went from fascinated to WOW, it was like walking the narrow streets in Italian towns, the ceiling was... Most of the shops were a little out of my price range but it was amazing how many there were. I did get some good ideas on trends and how I can mimic them at home. I also realized I have very expensive taste!
