Biggest dump ever and I only play at cheap courses. Was half mile to what was supposed to be first tee, with a cart that was junk, two rocks showed where to hit from. Guy was trying to mow down the coots and dust was flying at us. 4 groups were waiting to tee off at same time. We hit... More

Desert Rose Golf Course is a venue that I’d prefer not to review so as to improve my tee time scheduling. Keeping Desert Rose a secret is however not good sportsmanship. A variety of promotions makes golfing at Desert Rose affordable for proletarian golfers. The greens are softer than other in the Mojave that have affordable fees. The ball stays... More

Great locale crowd at this course, a bit worn and more that a bit funky. But it is inexpensive and accomidating. On the first nine the course is bordered by trailers behind a chain link. A nice afternoon out we only played nine holes. Ok there were a few dead rodents near the water features

I would golf here over and over for the price. For $25.00 a round with a cart you cant beat that. We paid $15.00 one day since it was after 2:00. It is not the best course around but then again I don't want to pay $150.00 -$200.00 for a round of golf. It was great to get out there... More

If you just want to play golf - no matter what - but don't want to spend too much, this place is fine. It is a muni course, and looks it. Typical desert setting, fairways and short and scrub between holes, look out for the ravine - it will eat your ball. Greens were bumpy, fairway was brown, but it... More

The golf course is located east of Nellis on Sahara. It is also called Winterwood. This are ias where the Vegas wash is heading toward the lowlands. Hence, the wash is throughout the golf course. It is littered with garbage, flies, debris and even a dead rat. The golf course is unkept, dirty with dead grass. Since the wash is... More

The guest green fees are acceptable for being a $26.00 dollar cab trip from the strip. The course, on the other hand, is poor a best. I would recommend bringing your own clubs (I didn't) as the rentals are terrible. Although I golfed the Saturday of superbowl weekend, I seemed pretty obvious that they over book their tee times, as... More
